Why this role exists:

This role exists to protect our platform's ecosystem from financial and operational threat actors in real-time. You’ll help us maintain business integrity and user trust by owning the end-to-end evaluation of fraud signals and executing decisive risk mitigation across Sports, Casino, Payments, and KYC domains.
 

What you’ll drive:

Discovery & Decisions

• Interpret complex alerts, rule triggers, and risk model outputs to assess user context accurately.
• Apply internal logic and scoring rules independently to determine precise case outcomes.
• Identify, tag, and document unusual fraud patterns or edge cases to improve predictive logic.

Delivery & Execution

• Process high-volume risk signals in real-time, executing swift actions including limits, verification loops, or account blockings.
• Handle ticket queues related to fraud suspicions, validating bet, payout, and bonus behavior.
• Maintain structured, audit-ready case notes and documentation to support future retrospectives.
• Operate and stress-test the internal RAF toolset, reporting bugs, operational frictions, or logic gaps.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Communicate risk findings and critical case details to Payments, Trading, and Compliance teams clearly and constructively.
• Contribute regularly to the shared team knowledge base regarding new rules, tags, and fraud scenarios.
• Assist and mentor junior colleagues on operational nuances and daily queue management.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or investigations within the online casino/iGaming environment (experience with Casino products is a mandatory requirement).
• Readiness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts
• Strong foundational knowledge of fraud, bonus abuse, and risk patterns in online gaming.
• Proven autonomy in alert-based fraud detection systems—you can handle a wide queue independently.
• Proficiency with operational UI, API-based risk tools, and analytics systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English level for clear, structured cross-team communication and audit documentation.
• High psychological resilience and accountability when making high-stakes decisions under tight SLAs.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or beta tool rollouts.

About the Role:

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer on our core product team, you will own the full software development lifecycle for multi-architecture, cross-platform C++ modules that power on-chip monitoring and data analytics in advanced test systems. You will work in a small, self-sufficient team responsible end-to-end for a customer-facing product, collaborating with software, hardware and science stakeholders. The role combines feature design and implementation with infrastructure ownership, CI/CD automation and direct customer integration. You will tackle performance-critical algorithms and complex system design, influence product direction and ensure high code quality standards in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cross-platform C++ software for Linux and Windows environments.
• Develop and maintain language bindings and interfaces using Python, Java and C#.
• Contribute to the full software development life cycle, including design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of software solutions for advanced test equipment.
• Build systems and CI/CD pipelines with CMake, Bash, Docker and GitHub Actions.
• Optimize performance, memory usage and responsiveness of edge and host-based systems.
• Conduct peer code reviews and uphold coding standards, conventions and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with customers to clarify requirements and troubleshoot in lab or production.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

About the Role:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical and product-related issues for enterprise international customers, owning case resolution from initial report through root cause analysis and functional validation.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Product Specialists, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot incidents in web and mobile applications, REST APIs, and backend services, perform root cause analysis and continuously improve platform reliability within a fast-paced production environment.

This role offers ownership of incident management processes, opportunities to improve support workflows, and direct impact on product stability and customer satisfaction. 
You will operate within a shift-based schedule (including nights and weekends) across a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve L2/L3 application support requests from enterprise customers via ticketing system.
• Perform deep investigations and root cause analysis using SQL queries, log files, and debugging tools.
• Validate reported issues through functional testing and confirm fixes across web and mobile platforms.
• Manage incident lifecycle: prioritize cases, coordinate communications, and escalate critical bugs to R&D.
• Provide clear, timely updates and technical guidance to both technical and non-technical end users.
• Monitor customer usage and system performance to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Assist in onboarding customers by explaining configuration options and relevant product features.

• Hands-on experience debugging and integrating with RESTful APIs, including request/response analysis.
• Technical support experience with both web and mobile platforms in enterprise software contexts.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Fully remote location within Ukraine, with reliable internet, backup power, and ability to work shifts.
