About the project:

A long-term project for a North American product client: an AI platform in the enterprise knowledge / internal-operations domain, built for mid-size B2B companies and their employees. The product itself is under NDA — we share the details at the interview stage. What we can say now: the scope is fixed and funded, we start with a ~17-week POC delivered by Christmas, and after the POC gate the team and the effort double as the platform moves to MVP and further stages. The core delivery team (backend, AI/ML, integrations, frontend, QA) is already in place — we are closing the remaining key roles.

Your day-to-day:

Full delivery ownership: you are the single voice between our team and the client, turning a fixed 10-phase scope into shipped, demonstrated increments. A typical week:

• Daily: standup with the team; a short sync with the client’s PM; backlog and Jira hygiene — sprint plans here are formal working documents, not sticky notes;
• Writing: user stories and acceptance criteria at BA-grade quality — you write them yourself, this is a craft in this role, not a delegation;
• Holding scope discipline: fixed sprint scope with a small buffer for urgent fixes; anything bigger goes through written change control with time/cost impact;
• Twice per sprint: running the internal demo (client representative) and the external demo (all client stakeholders), then consolidating feedback into one actionable list and keeping the decision log;

What We're Looking For

The Strategic Projects (SP) unit is our team dedicated to testing and validating new acquisition channels and partnership models before they scale. It's early-stage, fast-moving work — we're often building creative strategy from scratch on channels with no established internal playbook yet.

We're looking for a Motion Designer to join SP full-time, supporting a small, high-autonomy team as we test creative across a mix of emerging channels and formats. This is a great role for someone with solid production experience who wants more ownership and variety than a standard in-house motion role typically offers — you'll be creating for platforms and contexts that are genuinely new to the company, not just executing an established playbook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create high-converting video ads.
• Craft visually compelling animations and videos across a range of platforms and ad formats, including some newer or less standard ones
• Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences
• Maintain consistency with visual brand direction while flexing for creative experimentation
• Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance, not just polish
• Stay plugged into emerging motion trends, mobile-first formats, and platform-specific best practices
• Collaborate closely with the wider creative and growth team to translate ideas into effective visuals
• Take ownership of your pipeline — from concept to final render — with speed and agility
• Contribute fresh thinking to ideation, testing, and iteration cycles across multiple concurrent projects

• Help build efficient workflows, templates, or lightweight automation given the pace of testing

   

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally within performance marketing or a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus)
• Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar
• Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-changing environment
• Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert
• Ability to comfortably communicate in English with international teammates (text syncs, sharing assets, feedback) and easily learn from global technical resources.
• Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven products is a plus

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst focused on measurement and signal engineering — ensuring Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad platforms receive accurate, timely, and high-quality conversion signals. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and ad platform representatives to improve campaign measurement and optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with Marketing and ad network representatives to improve conversion signals, assess product and ad platform changes, and investigate signal-related performance drops.
• Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.
• New ad platform onboarding — Set up and launch integrations with new ad platforms, covering conversion signal delivery and reporting data feeds for Marketing
• Pixel & GTM management — Manage GTM releases across multiple web properties and implement pixels and conversion events for ad networks.
• Signal quality & monitoring — Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads. Build monitoring and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies.
• UTM & Attribution — Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions and ensure correct attribution.
• Reporting & analytics — Build ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics. Define Signal Engineering metrics.

• Marketing datasets — Build and maintain custom marketing datasets

   

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, ad tech, or tracking
• Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware querying, data quality checks) and experience working with large data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) — Tableau is our primary BI tool
• Proven experience partnering with performance marketing / UA stakeholders and communicating insights to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of browser-side and server-side tracking
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one ad platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies, and conversion setup
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics
• Understanding of GDPR-compliant tracking approaches

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written + spoken)

   

Nice to Have

• Understanding of mobile attribution & tracking, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN), and experience with an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
• Experience with incrementality and holdout testing (e.g. Meta Conversion Lift, Google Ads Conversion Lift, geo-experiments) to validate the impact of signal changes on campaign performance
• Experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) or Google Data Manager API.
• Experience with LTV modeling and calculations, preferably for subscription-based products.

• Experience with Airflow, dbt, or similar data tools.
