• Hands-on experience with Terraform

• Monitor Upwork daily and identify high-potential, relevant projects
• Analyze job posts beyond keywords (budget realism, client history, red flags, scope clarity)
• Filter projects based on:
  • Tech stack fit (React, Next.js, Node.js, AI, SaaS)
  • Budget level
  • Client quality
  • Project complexity & long-term potential
• Prepare personalized proposal outlines (no spam, no generic templates)
• Maintain a clean and structured tracking sheet
• Support our Business Development strategy with insights (patterns, demand trends, client behavior)
