Position overview

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for incident management across multiple applications. About the role

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can combine creativity and usability, delve deeply into the essence of each project, and carefully consider logic, flows, and navigation. You follow design trends but rely on your own taste and critical thinking, aiming for solutions that are both visually strong and genuinely useful.

You’ll work within our established UX/UI process, owning design for projects from discovery to delivery, and using AI tools as a natural part of your workflow.

What you’ll do

• Own the UX/UI design for assigned projects from discovery to delivery, following and improving our established design process.
• Collaborate with BA/development team to understand business goals, constraints, and user needs, and turn them into clear design tasks.
• Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI screens in Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across all touchpoints.
• Use AI tools for research, UX writing support, and media generation (images, icons, simple illustrations, basic video snippets) to speed up and enrich the design process.
• You’ll work within a clear, user-centered UX/UI process, while keeping enough flexibility to adapt to each project and client.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps and web products
2. Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping)
3. Experience in user research and usability-focused design decisions
4. Ability to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes
5. Experience designing user flows, navigation, and information architecture
6. Experience building and maintaining design systems / component libraries
7. Knowledge of platform guidelines (Material Design / iOS Human Interface Guidelines)
8. Ability to create interactive prototypes
9. Understanding of responsive/adaptive design
10. Basic understanding of accessibility principles
