We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cloud/DevOps Engineer with strong expirience in AWS to support the delivery and operation of a real-time data platform, microservices architecture, and PostgreSQL-based central data storage. You’ll work closely with architects and data engineers to ensure seamless CI/CD, scalable infrastructure, and reliable deployments.

• Solid Cloud AWS experience with focus on AWS Serverless
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration tools
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL management in production
• Terraform experience
• GitOps knowledge
• xperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Solid scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Go)
• CI/CD tools in production environment

• Collaborate with solution architects and data engineers to design a PoC architecture for migrating on-premises database data to AWS
• Participation in evaluation of different data platforms as per Lakehous criterias
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure that meets business requirements and performance goals.

Responsibilities:

PCB Design & Layout:

• Design complex multi-layer PCBs (12+ layers) for x86-64 motherboards
• Route high-speed differential pairs for PCIe 5.1 (up to 32 GT/s)
• Design power distribution networks for 12V bus with multiple voltage rails
• Implement proper grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC compliance
• Manage signal integrity for 100G Ethernet and optical interfaces

System Architecture:

• Define motherboard architecture supporting x86-64 processors
• Design PCIe 5.1 slot layouts and lane allocation
• Create mechanical specifications for mezzanine/daughter card interfaces

• Integrate FPGA-based add-in cards with high-speed I/O

   

Digital Design:

• Develop RTL code in Verilog/VHDL for FPGA implementations
• Design interface logic for PCIe endpoints and root complexes
• Implement high-speed serial interfaces (100GbE, PCIe)

• Create timing constraints and perform static timing analysis

   

High-Speed Design:

• Perform signal integrity simulations (IBIS models, S-parameters)
• Design transmission lines with controlled impedance
• Implement proper termination schemes for high-speed signals

• Analyze crosstalk, jitter, and eye diagrams

   

Power Systems:

• Design switching power supplies and voltage regulators
• Create power sequencing and monitoring circuits
• Implement power management for FPGAs and processors

• Calculate thermal requirements and cooling solutions

   

Integration & Testing:

• Design test points and JTAG interfaces for debugging
• Create manufacturing test procedures
• Perform system-level validation and compliance testing

• Debug signal integrity and timing issues

   

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years PCB design experience with high-speed digital systems
• Expert-level knowledge of Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar tools
• Proven experience with PCIe 5.0/5.1 design and compliance
• Strong background in x86-64 system architecture
• Experience with FPGA design and Xilinx/Intel FPGA tools
• Knowledge of 100G Ethernet standards and optical modules
• Understanding of SERDES, clock distribution, and jitter analysis
• Experience with power integrity analysis and thermal modeling

Preferred Experience:

• Previous motherboard design for server/workstation platforms
• Knowledge of JEDEC standards (DDR4/DDR5, power)
• Experience with SFP/QSFP optical module integration
• Familiarity with data center hardware requirements
• Understanding of EMC/EMI regulations and compliance testing

• SystemVerilog and UVM verification experience
