Our client — an international iGaming company — is looking for a strong Affiliate Team Lead who can work with influencer/social/streamer traffic and is ready to build a team almost from scratch.

• Influencers and bloggers
• Streamers
• Social networks
• Messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Streaming platforms (Twitch, Kik, and similar)

❗️ Experience with classic CPA/arbitrage is not considered relevant

🎯 Role format and responsibilities
At the start:

• Independent work with partners (influencers, streamers)
• Managing part of the traffic personally
• Building the team

Further development:

• Building and developing a team of Affiliate / Influencer Managers
• Setting up processes and KPIs
• Training and mentoring team members
• Scaling successful traffic channels

Main tasks:

• Finding and onboarding influencers and streamers
• Developing influencer traffic in the Asia region
• Building and managing the team
• Setting up processes and reporting
• Monitoring performance (KPIs, results)
• Collaborating with product and marketing teams

✅ Requirements

• Experience with influencer/social/streamer traffic
• Experience with Asian markets — a plus
• Management experience or readiness for a Team Lead role
• Systematic thinking and responsibility
• Ability to work with partners and the team
• Result-oriented, non-toxic attitude

Will be a plus:

• Own database of influencers/streamers
• Recent experience in the region
• Experience in iGaming / betting / gambling
• Experience building a team from scratch

We’re looking for a Ecommerce Product Lead with proven e-commerce experience – someone who thrives on driving product adoption, growth, and revenue. If you love testing, optimizing, and scaling products in a fast-paced environment, this is your place.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the growth and marketing strategy for a variety of DTC e-commerce products
• Plan and execute paid campaigns across channels like YouTube and Meta
• Analyze performance data to identify wins, cut losses, and scale profitably
• Collaborate with creatives, media buyers, operations, and supply teams
• Optimize ads, landing pages, offers, and funnels for maximum conversion
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Stay ahead and act on market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong background in e-commerce within Marketing Project Management and/or performance marketing
• Proven track record of successfully managing DTC or digital products
• Ability to create content that resonates with target audiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking and experience in turning vision into actionable plans
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience tracking KPIs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, A/B testing tools, etc.)
• Experience working with the U.S. market
