What will you do:

• Own one theme: understand user needs, pains, and motivations, and shape a clear value proposition for each segment.
• Design and optimize the full user journey together with User Acquisition and Creative: creatives, web funnels, quizzes, landings, paywalls, and upsells.
• Run reverse funnel engineering: identify gaps between the promise in ads and the actual product experience, and close them through A/B testing and new solutions.
• Build a shared hypothesis backlog with the team, prioritize it, launch experiments, and analyze results together with analytics.

• Work with key metrics: CR across all funnel steps, ARPU, LTV/CAC, as well as overall marketing spend and new revenue volume.

   

What do you need to join us:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, User Acquisition, or Creative Marketing — with hands-on experience working with web.
• Confidence in execution under uncertainty: no fear of acting without full clarity, combined with the ability to build confidence through data, prioritization, and hypothesis validation.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of media, SEO, and digital communications while optimizing our outreach workflows, scaling distribution processes, and expanding our media partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamlining and automating the process of collecting and managing media databases
• Identifying relevant web resources and researching them using key SEO metrics (DR, traffic, topical relevance)
• Building targeted contact lists and launching efficient outreach campaigns
• Optimizing communication workflows with publishers and media partners
• Scaling outreach efforts using automation tools

• Monitoring campaign effectiveness and continuously improving performance

   

Requirements:

• Experience with Ahrefs or Serpstat;
• Familiarity with Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider/Checker
• Understanding of technical and content audits (a plus)
• Experience with CMS platforms and AI tools
• Ability to analyze backlink profiles and competitor link strategies
• Proficiency in building contact databases and executing email campaigns
• English at B1+ level and strong writing skills
• Hands-on experience with Gmass, Snov, or similar email tools (a plus)

• Confident use of Google Sheets, including formulas and text functions

We are currently looking for Middle C++ Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of network-oriented cross-platform Qt/QML native applications (Linux/MacOS/Windows, userspace)
• Emphasis on generic design with careful memory and processing considerations.
• Design and implement new modules and features, as well as evolve existing ones.
• Regular communication with the remote team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional C++/Qt/QML experience, with at least one shipped cross-platform desktop product.
• Strong knowledge and experience in C++ development, confidently use C++17 as a baseline, and be comfortable reading and borrowing C++20 features.
•  Solid Qt/QML/QtQuick (UI, resources/qrc, translations, platform conditionals, QSettings, QApplication lifecycle).
•  Graphics/media basics: OpenGL probing, ffmpeg/H.26x decoder usage, platform-specific GPU paths (DX9/11, VAAPI/VDPAU, ANGLE).
•  Solid understanding and experience with multithreading.
•  Networking familiarity (WebSockets/HTTP).
•  Knowledge of shell scripting and Python

 Will be a plus:
Experience with Android OS and Android TV.
