 Vacancy: Head of Facebook (Gambling | Turkey)

Vertical: iGaming / Gambling | In-house product

We are looking for a strong Head of Facebook to take full ownership of the Facebook Ads direction in the Gambling vertical for the Turkish market and build a scalable traffic acquisition system for our product.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage two in-house teams (Team Lead + Media Buyers) and participate in building new teams
• Develop and optimize an effective traffic acquisition strategy
• Create and implement unique creative approaches for the Turkish market
• Ensure achievement of key KPIs: FTD, cFTD, ROAS
• Scale successful bundles and strategies
• Analyze performance and continuously improve the Facebook direction as a business unit

 Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in iGaming / Gambling
• 2+ years of team management experience in iGaming / Gambling
• Deep expertise in Facebook Ads (Meta)
• Ability to build processes from scratch without micromanagement
• Strong understanding of gambling funnels and creative strategies
• English level: C1 (fluent business communication)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with a product in the Turkish gambling market
• Understanding of local audience specifics and creative approaches
