Our client is expanding the engineering team responsible for ensuring the stability and predictable behaviour of their distributed services and platforms. This role involves hands-on production work, including monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements that increase platform reliability over time.

You will work as part of an SRE shift rotation covering late-evening and night hours, ensuring end-to-end ownership of incidents — from identifying user impact to post-incident follow-ups and preventive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

— Working in shift-based operations: monitoring, alert response, incident handling, escalation when needed;

— Participating in incident handling: initial classification, technical investigation, coordination with engineering teams, and following-up improvements;

— Developing and refining observability across platforms (metrics/alerts, dashboards, logs);

— Reducing operational toil: small automation, runbooks, and repeatable processes (the “make it easier next time” mindset);

Ideal profile for the position:

Core skills:

— Good Linux skills in production environments (debugging basics, system services, logs, performance basics);

— Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing basics, TLS fundamentals);

— Experience with containers and image lifecycle basics (Docker or compatible runtimes);

— Ability to troubleshoot across application, network, and infrastructure layers using logs/metrics and simple tools (curl, basic traffic/log analysis; scripting is a plus);

— Basic familiarity with observability: metrics and alerting, dashboards, logging (any modern stack is fine).

Experience:

— 1+ year in a production-focused role (Ops / Support L2+ / DevOps / Junior SRE — what matters is real production exposure);

— Participation in production incidents (triage, investigation, escalation, basic follow-ups);

SRE fundamentals (basic understanding):

— You understand the difference between “just running infra” and SRE as a discipline: reliability targets, fast detection, clear escalation, and consistent follow-up;

Responsibilities:

— Assisting telecommunication providers with launching new projects, or reconfiguration of our solutions to fulfill their current business needs

— Troubleshooting technical issues by request from customer’s tech team

—Monitoring of customers’ hardware and software infrastructure and ensuring site reliability

— Performing software updates or/and migrations to the new hardware or in the cloud

— Constant self-development in technical skills to catch up with the latest trends in technology

— Communicating with customers in a professional manner through the ticketing system. Ensuring a timely resolution of all issues meeting or exceeding SLA’s or customer expectations

— Occasional business trips all over the world for employees who have deep system knowledge and desire to travel

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for merchants and partners across the globe, delivering fast, thoughtful support when it matters most. They are the voice of our customers, working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to enhance experiences and keep exceptional service at the core of everything we do.
 

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who takes ownership of customer issues, goes the extra mile to find solutions, and helps shape the way we support our customers every day.
 

Working with us, you’ll have:

• no repetitive or routine tasks;

• experience with a complex B2B fintech product;
• the chance to become a strong professional in a challenging industry.

What you’ll be doing

• handling incoming L1 support requests;
• ensuring SLA compliance and timely communication;

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either completed or underway;
• strong analytical skills;

• 3 evening shifts (15:30–00:00) — 2 days off;

Key responsibilities in your new role

Work on innovative IoT, Industrial, and Automotive technologies in a fast-moving R&D team, turning ideas into real products and patents. 

• Design and develop efficient Neural Network (NN) models with sophisticated architectures for embedded domain, strongly involving application-specific knowledge
• Plan and execute practical experiments to collect/create high-quality datasets
• Combine NN and classic signal processing approaches to make the highly efficient pipelines of problem solving
• Implement the developed solutions under real-world end-user scenarios and requirements and verify its functionality at the Infineon hardware (PSOC, wireless SOCs)
• Help with ML/AI related design and implementation in different team projects

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science (or equivalent) and 2-3 years of related research/engineering experience
• Strong background in mathematical modeling and numerical analysis
• Knowledge of modern NN architectures, Machine Learning tools and trends
• Proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Experience with at least one of the following: signal / speech /image / video processing / wireless communication is a plus
• Understanding of embedded systems and Knowledge of Nvidia Deep Learning framework, and familiarity with patents, papers, publications on relevant technical subject matter is a plus
• Intermediate English writing, communication, and presentation skills
