    Responsibilities:

     

    Product Strategy and Development:

    • Define and execute the roadmap for trading products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
    • Identify opportunities to enhance trading features and flows based on customer feedback and market trends

    Platform Optimization:

    • Lead efforts to optimize trading platforms for performance, usability, and reliability
    • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure platform scalability and stability

    Feature Development:

    • Develop and prioritize innovative trading features, such as advanced charting tools, algorithmic trading, and risk management tools
    • Ensure seamless integration of trading tools with other company products

    Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation
    • Stay updated on financial market trends and incorporate them into product strategies

    User Experience:

    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive trading experience
    • Conduct usability testing to refine product features and interfaces

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with trading, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver cohesive product solutions
    • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure trading products adhere to regulatory requirements in all operating regions
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address risk management challenges.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Define and track KPIs, such as platform uptime, trade execution speed, and user satisfaction
    • Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the CFD, forex, or trading industry
    • Strong knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, proprietary platforms) and financial instruments
    • Understanding of APIs, trading algorithms, and data analysis tools
    • Familiarity with trading platform architecture and functionality
    • In-depth understanding of CFDs, forex, and financial markets
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in financial markets are a plus
