    About the Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate communication and workflows between the CEO, management, and internal teams.
    • Support international projects and track the execution of critical tasks.
    • Collect and analyze data; prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
    • Participate in strategic planning and drive follow-up actions.
    • Prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and manage action items.
    • Monitor deadlines and task progress in PM systems.
    • Assist in solving operational and business-related tasks.

     

    Requirements

    • 2 years of experience as a Business Assistant, Project Manager Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
    • Experience working with project tasks (preferably in IT or tech environment).
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • High level of responsibility, autonomy, and proactiveness.
    • Strong Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate English.
    • Confident use of Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Jira or Trello is a plus.
