You'll be part of our Data Acquisition & Quality team, helping scale and improve the systems that collect, validate, and monitor the data powering our platform. We've built serious AI-augmented development workflows internally - Claude Code, autonomous agents, GitLab-based orchestration - and we're looking for engineers who've already formed their own opinions about how to work effectively with these tools.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Python-based web scrapers, using AI coding assistants to accelerate development while applying your judgment on reliability and edge cases

As a PSP Operations Manager at TrueLabel, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational setup, configuration, and performance of payment service providers (PSPs) across our iGaming brands. Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and the Development team to ensure shared understanding of project goals.
• Define and maintain product backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support stakeholders during requirement clarification and product development lifecycle.
• Participate in solution design and validate that delivered functionality meets business objectives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Prepare documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, etc.) according to company standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) — ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
• Experience or strong interest in the esports industry will be a significant advantage.

About the role

We are looking for a Middle IT Project Manager who will take full ownership of project delivery and become a key partner for both clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end — from kickoff to delivery — working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders, with support from senior team members when needed. You won’t be “just coordinating tasks.” You’ll be responsible for timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.

Your Experience

— 3+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery Manager in the IT industry;

 — 1.5–2+ years of experience working with international clients (USA, Europe);

 — Proven experience working in cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA);

 — Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools;

 — Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);

 — Background in Design or strong experience working closely with design teams (UX/UI, product design, brand, etc.)

 — Advanced English (C1) — confident client communication, presentations, negotiations;

 — Good understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
