TokenSaver is a B2B product company building an RWA platform to tokenize real-estate assets and enable fractional investment into real estate.

Our mission is to create a multi-tenant platform that real-estate companies can use to tokenize and manage their own assets on-chain - starting with Polygon.

We’re hiring a full-time, full-focus Back-end Developer with blockchain experience to build the platform from scratch and lead key architecture decisions.

    What you’ll do:

    • Design and develop smart contracts for an RWA tokenization platform (Polygon, Solidity).
    • Build the backend from scratch (we’re considering Python / Node.js / Go - we choose together).
    • Implement multi-tenant architecture so multiple real-estate companies can use the platform simultaneously.
    • Integrate backend APIs with the front-end (front-end is handled by a dedicated FE developer).
    • Ensure smart contracts and backend logic are well-tested, secure, and production-ready.
    • Research and choose the right technical approach/tools where needed - you’ll have real autonomy.

    Requirements

    • Backend: 3+ years building complex backend systems with Python / Node.js / Go.
    • Blockchain: Commercial Web3 experience (at least ~6 months or a shipped project) with Solidity.
    • Architecture ownership: You’ve built systems from scratch and can make decisions on:
      • database structure, data model
      • service boundaries / APIs
      • integrations and third-party services
      • deployment / observability basics

    Nice to have

    • BSc in Computer Science / Math / Physics (or equivalent engineering depth).
    • Experience with security reviews, audits, or writing contract test suites.

    What we offer
A stable, full-time role with a competitive compensation package. We expect full focus, and in return you become a core member of the team, fully invested in our mission.

    • Impact & ownership: Build a core product from the ground up. Your decisions will shape the platform.
    • Cutting-edge stack: Backend + blockchain at the intersection of real assets and Web3.
    • Autonomy: You’ll have freedom to propose and implement the best solutions.
    • Collaboration: Work directly with Product Manager + Front-end Developer.
    • Full-time focus: We expect full commitment (no parallel jobs / major side projects).
    • Remote work: Fully remote is possible; we prefer overlap with our business hours.
    • Contract format: 1-month paid test period, then 6–12 month contract (extendable).
    • Competitive compensation (discussed based on experience).

    About company:

    • $450k raised from angel investors
    • Building a second product while having another successful product with proven traction

Product Manager (UI/UX + Delivery) - RWA Real Estate Tokenization Platform (B2B, Multi-tenant)

TokenSaver is a B2B product company building an RWA platform to tokenize real-estate assets and enable fractional investment into real estate.

We’re creating a multi-tenant platform that real-estate companies can use to tokenize and manage their own assets (Polygon as the primary network). We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can also do UI/UX - someone who can define the product, design the experience, and drive delivery with the engineering team.

This is a role for someone independent, fast, and detail-oriented, who wants real ownership.

    What you’ll do

    • Own the product end-to-end: strategy → scope → UX/UI → specs → delivery → iteration.
    • Turn business goals into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
    • Design and ship key workflows:
      • multi-tenant onboarding (real-estate companies)
      • asset / token creation & management
      • investor onboarding flows (KYC-ready UX if applicable)
      • investment / checkout UX and transaction status flows
      • admin dashboards (assets, investors, docs, approvals, payouts)
      • roles/permissions UX
    • Write clear product specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, empty/error states.
    • Work daily with Front-end + Backend/Blockchain engineers, run sprints, prioritize backlog, unblock decisions.
    • Own product quality: UX consistency, release readiness, analytics events, and feedback loop.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, with strong UI/UX execution (you can design, not only manage).
    • Excellent Figma skills (flows → UI → design system basics).
    • Strong product thinking: prioritization, tradeoffs, and ability to simplify complex logic.
    • Proven track record shipping features with engineers (web apps / B2B SaaS).
    • Strong communication and ownership mindset.

    Nice to have

    • B2B SaaS experience
    • Experience doing user interviews and usability testing.

    What we offer

    • Impact & ownership: Build the product from scratch; your decisions shape the final platform.
    • Autonomy: High trust and freedom to choose what works.
    • Cutting-edge domain: Real assets + tokenization + modern SaaS.
    • Collaboration: Direct work with founders + engineering team.
    • Remote work: Fully remote possible; we prefer overlap with our business hours.
    • Full-time focus: No parallel jobs / major side commitments.
    • Contract format: 1-month paid test period, then 6–12 month contract (extendable).
    • Competitive compensation based on experience.

    About TokenSaver

    • $450k raised from angel investors
    • We also have another successful product with solid traction

    Send:

    • Figma/portfolio link (flows + dashboards preferred)
    • 1–2 examples of products you shipped: what you owned (PM + design) and results

If you want to both shape the product and design the UI/UX — we’d love to talk.

Location: Fully Remote (Company based in Austria, CEST time zone friendly)
Engagement: Flexible — Contract, Freelance. We are open to discussing the arrangement that works best for you and the project.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and engagement type. Equity/option package is available for a long-term commitment.

Mission: Build adaptive digital infrastructure for the social sector. Translate deep-tech innovation into intuitive, impactful products that help social organizations manage uncertainty and coordinate community resources.

The Role: As our first technical hire, you will architect and build the user-facing platform for in-kind. You will own the development of our Progressive Web App (PWA), turning our backend methodology for adaptive process management into a compelling, reliable tool used daily by social organizations and donors. Your work directly bridges our vision with user adoption.

    You Will:

    • Lead Frontend & PWA Development: Build our primary application using a modern framework (React/Vue.js with TypeScript), ensuring it is a high-quality, installable PWA that works reliably across devices.
    • Architect Full-Stack Features: Design and implement end-to-end features — from the Django backend models and APIs to the frontend components and state management.
    • Establish Foundation: Set up core development practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployment), a reusable UI component library, and advocate for UI/UX excellence as we scale.
    • Collaborate & Shape: Work directly with the co-founders to translate product strategy into technical execution, contributing key insights on feasibility, user experience, and platform architecture.

What You Bring (Our Tech Stack & Needs):

    • Strong proficiency in Python/Django for backend development.
    • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React or Vue.js), with a keen eye for UI/UX.
    • Proven experience building and troubleshooting Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
    • Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP).
    • Familiarity with designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs and service-oriented architecture.
    • English proficiency is mandatory.
    • A plus: Interest or experience in event-driven systems (Kafka), knowledge representation, federated data architectures or privacy-preserving computing.

    What We Offer:

    • Founding Impact: Shape the product, culture, and technical stack from the ground up. Equity/option package is available for a long-term commitment.
    • Solve Meaningful Problems: Your code will directly enhance the efficiency and impact of organizations supporting vulnerable communities.
    • Learn and Build: Work on novel challenges involving adaptive process management, federation-ready architecture, and hybrid AI systems.
    • Supportive, Mission-Driven Team: Join a collaborative environment led by co-founders with complementary expertise in tech and social sector systems. One of the co-founders speaks Ukrainian.

    About the Project

Our client is a 2024 Gartner Cool Vendor in AI-Augmented Development, transforming how engineering teams document and understand code. Their developer-first platform integrates live, auto-synced documentation directly into the development workflow, helping teams modernize legacy codebases, onboard faster, and ship with confidence.

    Required skills:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
    • Domain Experience: You have worked with Banking, FinTech, Telecom, or Public Sector projects. You understand how complex enterprise systems and workflows operate, including legacy software environments, modernization challenges, and the realities of compliance, regulations, security constraints, installation processes, and debugging in large organizations.
    • English – Advanced: You are comfortable leading meetings and negotiating with native speakers (US/EU).
    • Documentation Skills: You know how to write high-quality technical documentation and User Stories (not just vague descriptions).
    • Proactive communication: You don’t wait for answers; you ask the right questions to clarify ambiguity.

    Nice to have:

    • Technical background (understanding of APIs, databases, or basic coding concepts).

    Scope of work:

    • Communicate with clients: conduct regular calls and workshops with stakeholders in the US and Europe to gather requirements, especially around legacy system behavior, compliance/security limitations, and modernization goals.
    • Document requirements: transform high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications, capturing system dependencies, environment-specific constraints, and integration points typical of legacy architectures.
    • Create User Stories: write clear, structured User Stories with precise Acceptance Criteria for the R&D team, reflecting both current legacy behavior and target modernization outcomes.
    • Support the team: answer developers' questions during the sprint and ensure the implemented solution matches the client's request, including validating edge cases tied to legacy logic, installation flows, and debugging scenarios.
