We're looking for a Senior Atlassian Specialist to own the administration, customization, and continuous improvement of our Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related apps). You'll work across engineering, product, and operations teams to keep workflows efficient, scalable, and aligned with how the business actually works — combining hands-on administration with light development/scripting and process consulting.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (Cloud and/or Data Center), including user management, permissions, and instance health.
• Design and customize workflows, schemes, screens, and automation rules to match evolving team processes.
• Extend platform capabilities with scripting (e.g., ScriptRunner/Groovy) and manage third-party app integrations from the Atlassian Marketplace.
• Lead migrations, upgrades, and instance consolidations with minimal disruption to teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business and process needs into Atlassian configuration.
• Establish governance, naming conventions, and best practices to keep the instance scalable as the company grows.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage integrations (CI/CD tools, SSO, Slack, etc.), and provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM) in a production environment.
• Proven experience with workflow design, automation rules, and permission schemes at scale.
• Scripting experience (ScriptRunner, Groovy, or similar) for custom logic and integrations.
• Experience leading migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud, or instance consolidations).
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable translating business needs into technical configuration.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, or similar) are a plus.
• Based in the EU, with the ability to work remotely and overlap with core team hours.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

About the Role 
We're hiring our first AI Automation Specialist to lead applied AI across the company. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role: you'll sit with teams in Sales, Operations, Finance, and beyond, find the work that drains their time, and replace it with reliable AI-powered workflows. 

This is an implementation and ownership role, not a research one. You won't be training models or doing data science — you'll be composing existing AI tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms into workflows that run in production, and you'll own them once they're live. If you like turning "we waste ten hours a week on this" into something that just works, this is your role. 
 

We’re looking for someone long-term, at least a year commitment. 

Responsibilities 

• Assess each department's workflows to identify high-value opportunities for AI automation (repetitive, multi-step, or judgment-assisted tasks). 
   
• Design and prototype agentic workflows (multi-step AI agents, tool integrations, approval/human-in-the-loop checkpoints) tailored to each department's needs. 
   
• Act as the internal point of contact between departments for ai transformation 
   
• Select and configure the right tools/platforms (e.g., Claude Cowork, MCP connectors) for each use case 
   
• Monitor deployed workflows for performance, drift, and failure modes, and iterate or retire workflows that underperform. 
   
• Track adoption metrics per department and report progress to leadership. 

Requirements 

• Experience in process automation with AI, systems integration, business-process optimization, or a closely related field. 
• Ability to communicate across both technical and non-technical teams. 
• Strong process-mapping and business-analysis skills — the ability to translate a business problem into a working, monitored automation. 
• An ownership mindset: you care about reliability, edge cases, and proving impact — not just shipping a demo. 
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms — any of n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate. 
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and JSON, plus the ability to write light scripts (Python or JavaScript) when a no-code tool hits its ceiling. 
• English level: Upper-Intermediate. 
   

*This is an applied automation role. Machine learning, model training, algorithm development, and data science are not part of this position.

Role & Strategic Context

We are looking for our first full-time in-house DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and architectural reliability.

The successful candidate demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to modern infrastructure by actively exploring and integrating AI-driven tools, intelligent automation, and LLM-assisted workflows to optimize operational efficiency.

Up to this point, our infrastructure has been supported by external contractors. While functional, we are now at a pivotal scaling stage where we need a foundational builder—someone who won’t just keep the lights on, but who will design, implement, and document robust, scalable DevOps processes from scratch. You will lay the groundwork today so that our platform and future engineering teams can scale seamlessly tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

• Build Scalable Foundations: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Route53, CloudWatch, VPC, SQS) using IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Container Orchestration: Manage and optimize our Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, containerized application environments (Docker), and microservices deployment strategies.
• CI/CD Optimization: Streamline build, test, and release workflows across our deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Establish Operational Rigor: Define and implement long-term processes for observability, system health monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Database & Routing Management: Oversee database performance, backups, tuning, and scaling (PostgreSQL/MySQL), alongside DNS management, SSL/TLS certificates, and load balancing (Nginx, ALB).
• Drive Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives around AWS cost optimization, security compliance, proactive monitoring, and future-ready automation (including AI-driven tooling and workflows).
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response when necessary.

Who You Are

• Proven Hyper-Growth / Scale-Up Experience: You have 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure role, ideally as an early infrastructure hire who has navigated a rapidly scaling environment.
• Architectural & Process Mindset: You naturally think beyond quick fixes. You build scalable systems, write clear documentation, and structure workflows meant to support future engineering growth.
• Deep AWS & Kubernetes Expertise: Hands-on experience operating production environments on AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, VPC) and containerizing microservices architectures.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Strong Scripting Skills: Fluent in Python, Bash, or Go.
