Jobs at Djinni

About Creava
Creava is a design agency focused on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards and admin panels. We're looking for a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join us on a project-by-project basis. You'll start with one project, and if it goes well we'll keep bringing you onto new client work as projects come in.

What you'll do on each project

• Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma for SaaS/B2B products, dashboards and admin panels
• Work inside existing Figma design systems and component libraries, and extend them where needed
• Use AI tools to move faster on research, ideation or production, without letting quality or original thinking slip
• Explain your design decisions clearly in English, both in writing and on calls with our team
• Hit the agreed milestones and deadlines for each project

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout and design systems
• Proven work on SaaS, B2B, dashboard or admin panel interfaces
• Fluent written and spoken English
• AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, with a solid design process of your own behind them
• A portfolio that shows UX thinking (problem, process, decisions), not just polished screens
• Able to work on your own, deliver on time and share progress without being chased

How to apply
Please send:

1. Your CV and portfolio link
2. 2–3 cases that best show your SaaS or dashboard work, with a sentence or two on your role in each
3. A short note on how you use AI tools in your design process today
4. Your rate and when you could start

Project work, remote. We need a strong designer who leverages AI tools to iterate fast and deliver production-ready designs with distinct taste and character.

About us

Rendi is an iOS app that teaches languages through one story. The learner plays as Rendi, a little star who has landed in a town of circles. The app has four parts: story lessons, quests (short detective stories where you talk to the characters out loud), a dictionary and an AI helper. It launches on the App Store in November 2026. We are Apprendi FlexKapG, a small team in Vienna.

The project

Design our website and page ecosystem based on what we already have:

Structure and copy: fully mapped out, section by section.

Assets: brand colours, typography guidelines, character art, rooms, town map, real app screens from Figma, quest screen recordings, and voice clips.

Scope:

Main landing page: high-fidelity design covering visual hierarchy, layout, typography, creative staging of characters/screens, motion concepts, and mobile adaptation.

Page design system & templates: design structures for supporting pages based on provided outlines (grammar articles/explanations, blog posts, comparison pages, and creator landing).

Next steps: There is an immediate opportunity to transition to a second project within our team (details to follow).

What matters most to us

Speed of iteration. We want to see initial concepts within a few days, give feedback rapidly, and refine in short, tight loops.

Leveraging AI in the design process. We look for designers who genuinely integrate AI into their workflow (for ideation, layouts, generating variations, custom visuals, or styling) alongside standard design tools like Figma.

How to apply

Send:

Two or three relevant design cases or landing page concepts, with a brief note on how each was created (tools used, timeline).

Your AI design stack: which AI tools you use in your design workflow and for what purpose.

We're looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to become the voice of a fast-growing AI startup across Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. This is a hands-on creator role: you'll shoot, edit, and design content every day rather than directing others to do it. Alongside daily content, you'll engage and grow a large global community of contributors, step in quickly when questions or concerns spread in group chats, and build partnerships with creators who can tell the company's story to new audiences. The community is especially strong in Brazil, so a feel for Brazilian internet culture and the Portuguese language will make a real difference. You'll own both the strategy and the execution for the company's social channels, with a lot of autonomy and little process to slow you down. It suits someone who has grown social channels for a consumer app, marketplace, or creator brand and has the numbers to show for it.

Details:
Schedule: Full time
Location: Remote (Worldwide), with hubs in Paris, France and São Paulo, Brazil
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term
English: Fluent
Type of collaboration: Internal Employment

About the project:
The company is a Y Combinator-backed startup that supplies real-world training data to frontier AI labs and robotics companies working toward embodied AGI. Its data comes from a global network of more than 150,000 contributors who record first-person footage of real work. That network is the heart of the business, so community, trust and clear communication matter as much as the technology. Social media is the main way the company reaches, recruits and keeps contributors, and Brazil and the US are its key markets. The team is small and moves fast, and this hire will own the brand's presence on short-form video and messaging platforms from day one. It's a chance to shape how a large, international, mobile-first audience sees a new kind of work.

You have:

• 3+ years running social media and community for a consumer app, marketplace, or creator brand
• Hands-on content creation skills: you shoot, edit, and design yourself, using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Figma, or Canva
• A portfolio showing measurable results, such as account growth, viral videos, or community-building metrics
• Strong short-form video instincts for TikTok and Instagram
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Experience working with creators and user-generated content
• Comfort working with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ideally, fluent or native Portuguese
• Ideally, experience in the Brazilian market and a deep understanding of Brazilian internet culture
• Ideally, experience using GenAI tools for video, images, subtitles, and translation (e.g., Higgsfield)
• Ideally, working knowledge of Spanish

What to do:

• Own the company's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, from strategy through daily execution
• Shoot, edit, and design short-form video and visual content every day
• Use GenAI tools to speed up video, image, subtitle, and translation workflows
• Engage and grow the global contributor community, with a particular focus on Brazil and the US
• Moderate community channels and respond quickly to concerns, rumours, or crises (e.g., questions about payouts) in group chats
• Find, partner with, and manage creators and user-generated content to reach new audiences
• Track channel and community metrics and use them to refine content and grow reach
• Turn complex AI and robotics topics into simple, engaging content for a broad consumer audience

• Work with databases, migrations, and query optimization
• Integrate internal and third-party services
