About the role

We are sourcing a senior payments engineer for a US fintech client running a number of card tokenization deployments. The work centers on Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) and Visa Token Service (VTS) integrations — payment credential tokenization, lifecycle management, network certification, and supporting infrastructure for fintech rollouts.

This is not a generic "fintech experience" role. We are specifically looking for engineers who have shipped MDES or VTS in production, ideally at a card issuer, processor, or BaaS platform.

What you will work on

Card network tokenization flows (MDES and/or VTS) Token provisioning, lifecycle, and de-tokenization Network certification and compliance work Integration with card management systems, HSMs, and issuer/processor APIs Cross-functional work with payments product, risk, and infrastructure teams

Required

We are building a fully automated self-service registration system for MongoDB databases, implemented entirely in n8n. The system allows internal users to request new MongoDB databases or access to existing ones, handles an owner-based approval flow, and manages secure one-time password delivery — all without manual admin intervention.

What You Will Build

The system consists of 7 n8n workflows:

- WF-01 – Registration form with routing logic

- WF-02a – Reusable sub-workflow: user creation via MongoDB Ops Manager API

- WF-02b – Database initialization (3 collections + vector search index)

- WF-03 – Access request flow for existing databases

- WF-04 – Owner approval form (approve / reject with permission levels)

- WF-05 – One-time password reveal form (secure, token-based)

- WF-06 – Scheduled cleanup (expired tokens, user deletion, notifications)

Requirements:
1+ year experience as an Account Specialist, Delivery Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar client-facing role in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
Experience managing multiple parallel projects or contractors (5–10+ simultaneously)

Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple concurrent projects
Manage client expectations, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery
Maintain communication through Upwork and other agreed channels, including milestone discussions and project updates
Coordinate project execution in collaboration with engineers, BA, designers, and BDM
Support Scrum processes including sprint planning alignment, progress tracking, and delivery follow-ups
Monitor workload distribution and team allocation across projects
Manage invoicing processes, milestone tracking, and payment follow-ups
Track project profitability, utilization, and delivery efficiency
Maintain reporting and operational tracking using Excel and internal tools
Coordinate engineers working in outstaff or hybrid delivery models
Monitor performance, engagement level, and project health
Contribute to improving internal delivery processes and operational standards

Твої майбутні задачі:

• Пошук (research): пошук моделей та інфлюенсерів в Instagram (hashtags, geo, lookalike), фільтрація по ICP (ніша, аудиторія, гео, без наявного менеджменту), збір контактів (bio, Linktree, Telegram) та внесення в CRM

• Outreach: написання першого повідомлення в Instagram DM та email за узгодженими скриптами, адаптація під нішу, A/B тестування підходів

• Follow-ups: ведення діалогу з лідами в WhatsApp / Telegram / Instagram / iMessage до готовності на дзвінок, контроль кожного ліда через CRM 

• Hand-off: організація зустрічі з BizDev (Google Calendar / Calendly) та передача ліда з коротким summary

• Автоматизація: робота з outreach-інструментами та побудова автоматизацій (Zapier / Albato / n8n) — з можливістю налаштування процесів з нуля

Наші очікування:

• Досвід в outreach / SDR / lead generation від 12 місяців (будь-яка індустрія; буде плюсом — creator economy / B2B SaaS / recruiting)
• Сильна письмова англійська B2+ (вміння писати коротко, живо та без шаблонів)
• Досвід роботи з Instagram DM, email outreach, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, iMessage
• Досвід роботи з CRM (Pipedrive / HubSpot): ведення лідів, статусів, next actions
