We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

Main areas of work:

• Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development — software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer;
• Highload Development — development of highly loaded services and systems;
• CRM System Development — development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones;
• Big Data — development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data;
• Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts
• Analyze business domains and related processes
• Manage requirements, including:
  • Business Requirements Document (BRD)
  • Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
  • Use Cases / User Stories
• Identify, describe, and document business processes
• Create technical documentation and specifications according to standards
• Design software solutions and complex systems
• Coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and deployment processes
• Ensure timely delivery in line with project plans

Required Skills:

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a System Analyst role
• Hands-on experience in writing technical specifications
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills
• Ability to structure information and understand dependencies
• Stress resilience and ability to adapt quickly
• Fast learner with solid team collaboration skills
• Strong listening and communication abilities
• Creative approach to problem-solving

Project Tech Stack

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in development;
• Proficient in web development with strong hands-on experience using the FastAPI framework;
• Deep expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas/Polars and similar;
• Experience with Pydantic for data validation and schema definition in Python applications;
• Skilled in asynchronous and parallel programming, with practical knowledge of asyncio;
• Proficiency working with both structured and semi-structured data, including MongoDB, Parquet, and Delta Tables;
• Proven expertise in data processing, analysis, and transformation workflows;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset;
• Practical and pragmatic approach to balancing standardized processes with flexibility to meet project goals effectively;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, structure workload, and meet tight deadlines.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Azure Cloud services (or other major cloud platforms), including a range of SaaS offerings such as Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis, and more;
• Familiarity with .NET/Databricks/Spark/PySpark;
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in scalable systems.
