• Research, develop, and define state-of-the-art algorithms in telecommunications, signal processing, video processing, estimation, optimization, and machine learning.
• Design and implement algorithms to enable innovative capabilities, optimizing system performance and robustness.
• Conduct simulations, validations, and coding of algorithms in MATLAB or other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering and development teams for the integration and implementation of algorithms into real-world applications.
• Participate in long-term research initiatives exploring new technologies and problem domains to support future product development.
• Optimize and refine algorithms for efficient use in constrained environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Required:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing communication systems, signal/video processing, estimation, and optimization algorithms.
• Proficiency in MATLAB for algorithm development, simulation, and validation.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of telecommunications, digital signal processing (DSP), and wireless communication.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their applications in telecom and signal processing.
