    We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and help us improve our product and provide excellent user experience for our customers.
     

    About us:

    We are a mobile and web application (Web, iOS, Android) that enables easy and fast purchases of mobile data packages in any country in the world, leveraging eSIM technology;

    Our product allows seamless use of internet services while traveling at rates much lower than roaming and without having to search for local operators or purchase physical SIM cards. 

     

    What you’ll do

    • Own and lead the end-to-end design process β€” from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and handoff β€” for new and existing product experiences.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, user-centered solutions.
    • Design clear and effective user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate hypotheses.
    • Conduct and apply insights from user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
    • Perform design QA and post-release reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Proactively identify ways to improve core business flows (e.g., purchase funnel) to support growth, retention, and conversion goals.
    • Formulate product hypotheses and contribute to their validation using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

     

    What we’re looking for

    • 4+ years of hands-on product design experience working on a digital product (web/app). 
    • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, interaction design, and design thinking methodologies.
    • Ability to work with data and insights to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
    • Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
    • Experience in conducting or participating in usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
    • At least upper intermediate English level (all work communication in English). 
    • Proactive mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and impact.
