    As a PR Intern, you will support the Marketing and Communications team in strengthening DICEUS’s brand presence in the international insurance technology market. You will leverage AI-powered tools and traditional PR methods to research, analyze, and produce high-quality content that positions DICEUS as a trusted InsurTech partner. 

    This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in PR, media relations, and market research while working in a dynamic, innovation-driven industry. 

     

    🔹 Key Responsibilities 

    • Conduct market and competitor research in the insurance technology sector. 
    • Support preparation of press releases, media pitches, and LinkedIn content
    • Identify and evaluate media outlets, journalists, and industry awards (US, UK, Europe) for brand promotion. 
    • Monitor PR and communication activities of competitors and summarize key findings. 
    • Create infographics, visuals, and marketing materials using AI/design tools (Midjourney, Canva, Jasper, etc.). 
    • Assist in identifying market intent signals (e.g., modernization projects, partnerships, acquisitions). 
    • Support PR activities for conferences, awards, and industry events
    • Prepare weekly summaries of PR and media activities. 

     

    🔹 Requirements 

    • Strong interest in PR, marketing, and technology
    • Good written and verbal English (B1–B2+). 
    • Ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language. 
    • Solid research and analytical skills
    • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, GrammarlyGO, Midjourney, Canva AI, Meltwater AI, BuzzSumo, Similarweb/AlphaSense). 
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office.

    - Identifies, qualifies, and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, trade shows, inbound website leads, and more).

     - Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within CRM tool.

     - Responds to inquiries via email, LinkedIn, other social networks.

     - Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills.

     - Qualifying potential opportunities and scheduling initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team.

     - Over time, Sales Manager will also be conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers and will develop into a product expert.

    Requirements:

    - Experience: 3+ months of experience selling into international markets (outside Ukraine) is a plus. We are also open to candidates with a technical background who are eager to grow into a sales role.

     - Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, engineering, or IT-related fields is a plus.

     - Skills:

    • Basic understanding of IT and IoT concepts
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to support deal progression and closing
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools or sales pipelines
    • Experience in direct written communication with clients and stakeholders
    • Understanding of technical solutions and implementations in the solar energy domain (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries, BESS)

    The Role

    We're looking for a Media Buyer to drive qualified B2B leads through paid advertising. Your primary focus will be Meta and Google Ads, with room to explore LinkedIn, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other channels.


    Important context: We sell B2B iGaming platform solutions (not B2C gambling products), but ad platforms can be sensitive to anything iGaming-related. You'll need to understand ad policies inside-out and know how to run compliant campaigns that don't get flagged. We'll provide fresh ad accounts — your job is to keep them healthy and performing.
     

    This is a results-driven role with commission upside. We're starting with a modest budget and scaling aggressively based on performance.
     

    What You'll Do

    • Run paid acquisition campaigns — primarily Meta Ads, with Google Ads as secondary
    • Keep accounts compliant — understand platform policies, avoid bans, manage account health
    • Set up bulletproof tracking — conversion tracking, attribution, pixel implementation
    • Optimize for leads — CPL, lead quality, and ultimately closed deals
    • Test and iterate — creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copy
    • Explore new channels — LinkedIn, Telegram Ads, X, programmatic — find what works
    • Report on performance — clear metrics, insights, and recommendations
       

    What We're Looking For

    Must-have:

    • Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad policies and compliance
    • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking (pixels, CAPI, GTM, etc.)
    • Data-driven mindset — you optimize based on numbers, not gut feeling
    • Self-starter — you take ownership and figure things out
    • Fluent English
       

    Big plus:

    • Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or other "restricted" verticals
    • Google Ads experience
    • Creative planning or design skills (ad creatives, landing page input)
