TimelinesAI is a B2B SaaS that connects WhatsApp to CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and others) and to AI tools through MCP. About 2,800 paying SMB customers worldwide, most of them self-serve (PLG).

🎯 The problem

Churn is the biggest lever on our growth right now. A large share of it is failed payments, and our recovery flows broke twice this year before anyone noticed. We already have the data and the agents. What's missing is one person who owns the number and runs the loop every day.

🛠️ What's already built (you don't start from zero)

• An internal agentic CRM. It puts billing, product usage, support and call data on one card per customer, and it has an MCP server you can query from Claude Code.
• Hourly at-risk lists with the money at stake: cancellation booked, payment failed, WhatsApp disconnected, stopped using the app.
• A churn agent that looks into each account, gives a verdict and drafts a letter. A second agent fact-checks the letter, and a person decides whether to send it.
• A 10% control group that never gets contacted, so every action is measured against doing nothing.
• All rules live in GitHub. You change a rule through a pull request.

📌 What you'll own

1. Failed payments, first. Make sure every failed invoice reaches the recovery flow (Stripe + Churnkey), and check every week that the campaigns are actually firing. Build a same-day track for bigger accounts across email, SMS, in-app chat and WhatsApp.
2. Booked cancellations. Every one gets a decision within 24 hours, and you reach out to the ones worth saving.
3. Talking to customers. Get on calls and WhatsApp chats with at-risk and recently churned customers, find out what really happened, and save the ones that can be saved. Large accounts go to sales with full context.
4. Win-back and reconnect. Bring back customers who left, plus customers who still pay but whose WhatsApp went dark.
5. Better agents. When a letter is wrong, fix the rule behind it (prompt, template or threshold), not just that one letter. The aim is to safely move small accounts to automatic sending.
6. Root causes. Each month, report the top 3 churn reasons in dollars to the product team, with customer quotes.
7. A weekly written update with your numbers.

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join the Access & Authorization platform full-time. This is protocol-level, performance-critical systems work — you will be building the mandatory enforcement sidecar for the ABAC platform: a per-pod, request-path component that performs authorization checks at the level of tenant, endpoint, row, and field. This is not CRUD or framework work — we are looking for a systems engineer, not a typical enterprise Java developer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and own the ABAC enforcement sidecar — a performance-critical component sitting in the request path of all services
• Implement four-layer authorization checks: tenant isolation, endpoint access, row-level filtering, and field-masking
• Stream and rewrite JSON response bodies at the token level with near-zero allocation overhead
• Maintain a local decision cache and integrate with a central Decision API
• Own the HTTP layer end-to-end — including conformance, edge cases, and adversarial scenarios
• Ensure fail-closed semantics — the component must deny by default when the policy engine is unavailable

• Планування, організація та проведення користувацьких і контекстних досліджень у межах розвитку цифрових продуктів та сервісів.
• Формування дослідницьких планів, визначення цільових аудиторій, методології та ключових гіпотез для перевірки.
• Розробка дослідницьких інструментів: сценаріїв інтерв’ю, опитувальників, гайдів для воркшопів та шаблонів документування результатів.
• Проведення глибинних інтерв’ю, якісних досліджень та фасилітація дослідницьких сесій із користувачами й зацікавленими сторонами.
• Аналіз користувацького досвіду, поточних процесів і сценаріїв взаємодії для виявлення потреб, бар’єрів, проблемних точок та можливостей для вдосконалення.
• Перевірка дослідницьких гіпотез, виявлення поведінкових закономірностей та формування обґрунтованих висновків на основі зібраних даних.
• Систематизація результатів досліджень, формування бази інсайтів, користувацьких потреб і профілів користувачів (User Personas).
• Підготовка аналітичних звітів, презентацій та практичних рекомендацій для прийняття продуктових і проєктних рішень.
• Співпраця з продуктовими командами, бізнес-аналітиками та сервісними дизайнерами для інтеграції результатів досліджень у процеси розвитку цифрових рішень.

• 3+ років досвіду в Design Research, UX Research або Service Design Research. 
• Досвід проведення інтерв'ю, польових досліджень та фасилітації воркшопів. 
• Вміння структурувати великі обсяги якісних даних. 
• Розуміння сучасних методів Discovery та Human-Centered Design. 
• Сильні аналітичні та комунікаційні навички. 
• Вміння працювати з великою кількістю стейкхолдерів та складними предметними областями.

• Досвід GovTech, DefenceTech або державних цифрових трансформацій. 
• Робота зі складними B2B та B2G сервісами.

Шукаємо Requirements & Coordination Manager для координації Discovery-фази Defence продукту та забезпечення узгодженості результатів роботи всіх експертних напрямів. 
 
Обовʼязки:

• Координація взаємодії між бізнесовими, технічними та іншими експертними командами в межах розробки й розвитку цифрових продуктів і сервісів.
• Організація процесів збору, аналізу, документування та узгодження бізнесових, функціональних і нефункціональних вимог.
• Формування та підтримка єдиного реєстру вимог, забезпечення їх актуальності, повноти, узгодженості та простежуваності протягом життєвого циклу проєкту.
• Виявлення суперечностей, дублювань, прогалин і взаємозалежностей між вимогами різних напрямів та координація їх опрацювання.
• Організація та фасилітація робочих зустрічей, воркшопів і сесій узгодження зі стейкхолдерами.
• Консолідація результатів аналітичної та дослідницької роботи різних команд для формування узгодженого бачення розвитку цифрових рішень.
• Підготовка матеріалів для пріоритизації ініціатив, планування подальших робіт та прийняття управлінських рішень.
• Ведення та актуалізація проєктної документації, зокрема реєстрів вимог, залежностей, припущень і прийнятих рішень.
• Координація погодження ключових проєктних документів, контроль повноти та своєчасності підготовки результатів роботи залучених команд.

• 5+ років досвіду в Business Analysis, Requirements Management, PMO або Program Coordination. 
• Досвід роботи в складних багатосторонніх проєктах. 
• Практичний досвід управління вимогами та фасилітації. 
• Сильні аналітичні та організаційні навички. 
• Вміння працювати з великою кількістю залежностей та стейкхолдерів. 
• Досвід підготовки управлінської та проєктної документації.
