Scope of Work

Shopify Setup

• Review basic Shopify configuration (products, collections, shipping/taxes for launch)
• Ensure the store is ready for integration with an external website
• Check storefront settings affecting product pages and checkout

Framer ↔ Shopify Integration

• Connect Shopify to Framer using Frameship
• Fix current integration errors
• Ensure correct syncing of:
  • Products
  • Variants
  • Pricing
  • Inventory
  • Images
• Implement working product pages in Framer with:
  • Add-to-cart
  • Checkout flow
• Verify checkout correctly redirects to Shopify (or embedded flow if supported)

Sales Channels

• Connect Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
• Connect TikTok Shop
• Ensure basic tracking (pixels/events) works

Testing

• Test product listing, product page, cart and checkout
• Ensure everything works on desktop and mobile

Deliverables

• Fully working Shopify ⇄ Framer integration via Frameship
• Functional shopping flow on the Framer website
• Meta and TikTok sales channels connected

• Short handover with a quick explanation of what was configured

   

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify + Framer integrations (share examples).
• Hands-on experience with Frameship.
• Strong Shopify knowledge (Storefront API, tokens, sales channels).

Position Overview:

As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira and Confluence instances. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal utilization of these platforms to support our teams in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Administration:

• Administer Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields. Jira (server and cloud), сonfluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.

2. Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet the specific requirements of our teams and projects.

• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

3. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used within the organization to facilitate seamless data flow and collaboration.

• Implement automation rules and workflows using Jira and Confluence plugins to optimize task management and documentation processes.

4. User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to Jira and Confluence usage.

5. Corporate IT Services:

• Administer other corporate IT services such as Gitlab, LDAP, GCP.

• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of these services with other business applications and systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for 2 years.

• Experience with Atlassian stack:

- Jira

- Confluence

- Bitbucket

- Crowd

• Understanding of the functioning of Linux systems.

Шукаємо уважного та проактивного Access Management Specialist / System Administrator, який буде відповідати за повний цикл управління доступами до внутрішніх корпоративних систем. Роль передбачає системний підхід до безпеки, регулярні аудити та побудову ефективної моделі доступів у компанії.

What You Will Do

Управляти доступами до внутрішніх корпоративних систем.
Проводити регулярні аудити доступів і прав користувачів.
Контролювати актуальність ролей і рівнів доступу.
Адмініструвати внутрішні системи (Jira / Confluence / CRM / Bitwarden тощо).
Вести документацію щодо доступів, ролей і процесів.
Брати участь у процесах онбордингу та офбордингу співробітників.
Будувати та оптимізувати структуру доступів (RBAC, least privilege).
Впроваджувати best practices у сфері безпеки та управління доступами.
Автоматизовувати процеси управління доступами через скрипти та інтеграції.

Expertise Required

Базові навички роботи з API (ключі, endpoints).
Досвід написання скриптів для автоматизації (Python / JavaScript / Google Apps Script).
Досвід адміністрування систем.
Розуміння принципів побудови доступів (RBAC, least privilege).
Уважність до деталей і відповідальність.

Вимоги до знань навичок та компетенцій:

• Досвід роботи в технічній підтримці (L1/L2) або helpdesk від 1 року.
• Досвід роботи з тікет-системами.
• Досвід підтримки користувачів віддалено (remote support).
• Досвід адміністрування SaaS-сервісів.
• Бажано досвід у контакт-центрах або VoIP-середовищі.
• Принципи роботи комп’ютерних мереж (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).
• Основи VoIP, SIP, причини поганої якості звʼязку.
• Знання ОС Windows / macOS / Linux (user-level troubleshooting).
• Знання принципів роботи VPN.
• Знання основ інформаційної безпеки (доступи, 2FA, паролі).
• Робота з корпоративними акаунтами та ролями доступу.
• Основи хмарних сервісів.
• Документування рішень та інструкцій.

Основні обов’язки: 

• Технічна підтримка операторів контакт-центру.
• Обробка тікетів щодо якості звʼязку та технічних проблем.
• Діагностика проблем з інтернетом, VoIP, гарнітурами, ПЗ.
• Проведення технічних перевірок кандидатів перед наймом.
• Проведення онбордингів та офбордингів співробітників.
• Адміністрування корпоративних сервісів (Google Workspace, VPN, LMS, месенджери тощо).
• Управління доступами та ролями користувачів.
• Ведення технічної документації та інструкцій.
