Ви будете працювати над власними продуктами компанії на стику:

• IoT
• CRM
• e-commerce

Ключові продукти:

• Chuyka — IoT-додаток для моніторингу (React Native)
• Vizitka — CRM для бізнесу та інші

Що потрібно буде робити:

• Проводити UX research (інтерв'ю, usability-тести, аналіз конкурентів)
• Проєктувати user flows, wireframes, прототипи
• Створювати UI для мобільних додатків (iOS + Android)
• Будувати та розвивати design system
• Готувати макети для розробки (Figma Dev Mode)
• Працювати з метриками продукту (конверсія, retention, task success)
• Брати участь у product discovery разом з PM та розробниками
• Проводити A/B тестування дизайн-рішень

• Досвід роботи з design systems
• Вміння приймати рішення на основі даних

Нам потрібна людина із сильним візуальним чуттям та креативним підходом до UI: вміння створювати дизайн зі складними анімаціями і розуміння того, як їх реалізувати на практиці. Окремо цінуємо досвід або щирий інтерес до UX/UI дизайну ігор.

Що потрібно вміти

• Вільне володіння Figma — це базова вимога.
• Готовність підхопити вже існуючі проєкти, вникнути в контекст і самостійно покращувати їх.
• Вміння будувати дизайн-системи з нуля або розвивати наявні.
• Активне використання AI-інструментів та вайбкодінгу у щоденній роботі — не просто цікавість, а вже вбудований у процеси робочий інструмент.
• Вміння створювати прототипи, візуалізації та продумані користувацькі сценарії.

This role sits at the intersection of product design, design systems, and AI-assisted prototyping. You will help create reusable UX patterns, scalable components, and structured documentation that improve collaboration between designers, engineers, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system
