 Ми шукаємо талановитого Middle UI Designer, який посилить нашу команду та допоможе створювати стильні інтерфейси для продуктів у ніші iGaming!

Що потрібно робити:

• Проєктувати та розробляти користувацькі інтерфейси для веб- і мобільних платформ у ніші гемблінгу та беттингу;
• Створювати фірмовий стиль для нових продуктів;
• Розробляти нові сторінки продукту, акції, квести, челенджі та інші елементи;
• Виконувати редизайн сайту з урахуванням сучасних трендів;
• Підтримувати та розвивати дизайн-систему (стилі, компоненти, автоматичні макети);
• Проводити дослідження користувачів, аналізувати користувацький шлях і метрики;
• Створювати графіку для маркетингових кампаній (email-розсилки, соцмережі, банери на сайті);
• Готувати, оптимізувати та передавати графічний контент розробникам і іншим відділам.

Кого ми шукаємо:

• У тебе 3+ роки досвіду на позиції UI Designer;
• Відмінне володіння Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop і Figma (робота з дизайн-системами, стилями, компонентами, автоматичними макетами, публікацією дизайн-систем);
• Навички роботи з 3D, анімацією та нейромережами (буде твоєю перевагою);
• Досвід проєктування інтерфейсів для веб і мобільних платформ;
• Розуміння сучасних трендів дизайну та вміння впроваджувати їх у роботу;
• Досвід роботи в ніші гемблінгу та беттингу (перевага – робота в компаніях цієї індустрії);
• Вміння аналізувати користувацький досвід і метрики для покращення інтерфейсів;
• Організованість, увага до деталей і здатність дотримуватися дедлайнів;
• Вміння працювати в команді та оперативно комунікувати з колегами;
• Background в графическом дизайне буде плюсом.

• Для тебе UX — це фундамент. Ми не шукаємо "художників заради мистецтва", які створюють ультракреативні, але абсолютно неконверсійні сторінки. Ти чітко розумієш, що UI — це лише "обгортка", а UX — "двигун", і без продуманого UX красива картинка не працює.
  
  Що потрібно робити
• Проєктування високо-конкурентних сучасних Landing pages, сайтів  для B2B SaaS та стартапів.
• Створення комерційно ефективної візуальної мови: грамотна робота з типографікою, сітками, негативним простором та композицією для чіткого керування увагою користувача.
• Впровадження story-driven елементів та мікроанімацій  виключно з метою підвищення конверсії та залученості, уникаючи зайвого візуального шуму.
• Проєктування продуманих CTA та конверсійно-оптимізованої навігації на основі психології користувача.
  
  Наші очікування
• Досвід роботи в Web/UIUX дизайні від 3 років (у портфоліо обов'язково мають бути сильні лендінги та маркетингові сайти).
• Грунтовні знання принципів UX та користувацьких досліджень. Ти не починаєш роботу одразу з малювання інтерфейсів (wireframes), а базуєш свої рішення на доказах та потребах аудиторії.
• Відмінне володіння Figma.
• Надивленість, відчуття стилю, розуміння найсвіжіших трендів SaaS-дизайну.
• Розуміння базових принципів CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Вміння працювати з AI-помічниками (Gemini, ChatGPT, Figma AI та генеративні нейромережі) для автоматизації рутинних задач та суттєвої оптимізації робочого процесу.

• Важливо: відгуки без представленого портфоліо розглядатися не будуть.
