We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer/Senior Full-Stack Developer (Lead) to strengthen the technical team of a fast-growing SaaS business focused on document processing and conversion. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and scaling of a flagship web product used by millions worldwide.
 

Location: Kyiv, full-time on-site (5 days/week).
 

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement new functional modules and integrations to expand the product’s capabilities.
• Ensure high code quality and standardization of development approaches.
• Speed up development and release cycles of new product versions.
• Define and develop product architecture, including technology choices, project structure, and scalable infrastructure to support a large user base.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of both frontend and backend applications using Nest.js, React, Next.js, Node.js.
• API integration between frontend and backend, query optimization, working with HTTP, gRPC, SSE, GraphQL.
• Database work (PostgreSQL (RDS), Redis): schema design, query writing, performance optimization.
• Development and maintenance of microservices architecture; containerization with Docker.
• Managing technical debt and refactoring code.
• Code reviews and ensuring high code quality through unit and e2e testing (Jest, Playwright).
• CI/CD and DevOps processes with GitHub Actions.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• 1+ year of commercial experience with each of the following: React, Next.js, Nest.js.
• Side projects, participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or other technical activities are a big plus.
