    πŸš€ Mission Statement

We’re not just building codeβ€”we’re creating real-world disruption in a $50B market dominated by outdated financial institutions. As our Integration Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between our core systems and external platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow. Your work will empower our team to deliver integrated solutions that scale effortlessly and enhance our product ecosystem.

    🎯 Critical Objective

Design, implement, and maintain robust integration solutions that connect our AI-driven payment ecosystem with external services, APIs, and platforms. Your success will be measured by the reliability, scalability, and performance of the integrations you build, ensuring they meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

🧠 The Unorthodox Athlete We Need

You’re not just an integrator; you’re a problem solver and a connector. You understand the intricacies of system architectures and can design solutions that ensure seamless data exchange. You’re fluent in integration technologies and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You know when to optimize and when to simplify, always aiming for efficient and effective solutions.

    πŸ—οΈ What You’ll Accomplish

    • Design and develop integration solutions that connect our core systems with external platforms and services.
    • Implement and maintain APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
    • Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
    • Document integration processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

    🧾 The Anti-Resume

    We don’t care about:

    • Your degree
    • Your FAANG logos
    • Your GitHub streak
    • Whether you follow the β€œbest” design pattern

    We actually care about:

    • Integration solutions you’ve designed that improved system efficiency
    • APIs you’ve implemented that enhanced data flow
    • How you tackled complex integration challenges and delivered results
    • Your drive to solve real problems, not just write elegant code

    πŸ“ Our Standard

    This isn’t a 9-to-5 engineering role.

    You’re someone who:

    • Pushes beyond specs
    • Solves hard problems with urgency
    • Delivers outcomes, not just effort
    • Feels at home in a fast, chaotic, high-trust environment
    • Doesn’t wait for permissionβ€”just executes

    πŸ”₯ The Keeper Test

We’d fight to keep you if:

    • You deliver integrations faster than expected
    • You solve complex integration problems others couldn’t
    • You collaborate effectively across teams
    • Your solutions give us a competitive edge
    • You consistently do what others said couldn’t be done

    ⚠️ Important Note

This isn’t for someone looking for predictable sprint cycles or β€œbalance.” We’re building to disruptβ€”fast, hard, and with purpose. If you’re hungry to work with A-players and want to build systems that matter, we want to hear from you.
