Ти будеш відповідати за контент і його ефективність:

• Писати та публікувати новини (переважно українською мовою);
• Додавати матеріали на сайт (WordPress або інша CMS);
• Форматувати тексти через HTML (заголовки, посилання, таблиці, структура);
• Регулярно моніторити Google-видачу (SERP) по брендах/ключах;
• Відслідковувати відгуки, згадки, рейтинги на різних платформах;
• Виявляти негатив/позитив і працювати з цим у рамках SERM;
• Оптимізувати контент під SEO (структура, перелінковка, релевантність).

Опис проєкту:

Провідна міжнародна ІТ-компанія шукає Керівника проєкту (Project Manager) для управління проєктами у сфері електронної комерції та платіжних рішень для одного з провідних банків України.

Ми шукаємо фахівця з практичним досвідом управління класичними ІТ-проєктами, який здатний самостійно керувати повним життєвим циклом проєкту — від етапу ініціації до передачі рішення в промислову експлуатацію.

Обов'язки:

• управління повним життєвим циклом ІТ-проєкту: ініціація, планування, виконання, моніторинг та завершення;

• координація роботи проєктної команди (бізнес-аналітики, розробники, тестувальники, архітектори та інші учасники проєкту);

• одночасне управління кількома проєктами або напрямами робіт;

• управління обсягом робіт, термінами, бюджетом, ресурсами, ризиками та залежностями між командами;

• підготовка та ведення проєктної документації (Статут проєкту, План проєкту, Реєстр ризиків, Статусні звіти, RAID Log та інші артефакти управління проєктом);

• управління змінами в проєкті та контроль виконання затверджених планів;

• організація та проведення регулярних статусних зустрічей із замовником та іншими стейкхолдерами;

• управління очікуваннями замовника та забезпечення ефективної комунікації між усіма учасниками проєкту;

• своєчасне виявлення ризиків та розробка заходів щодо їх мінімізації;

• забезпечення досягнення проєктних цілей та прийняття рішень у межах визначених повноважень.

Обов'язкові вимоги:

• від 3 років досвіду управління ІТ-проєктами;

• практичний досвід управління проєктами з розробки або впровадження програмного забезпечення в ІТ-компанії, системному інтеграторі або технологічному підрозділі великої організації;

• знання та практичний досвід управління класичними проєктами (Waterfall/Predictive);

• розуміння етапів проєкту, принципів управління бюджетом, ризиками, ресурсами та змінами;

• практичний досвід підготовки та ведення проєктної документації;

• досвід роботи з Jira та Confluence;

• базове технічне розуміння процесу розробки програмного забезпечення;

• розуміння ролей та взаємодії Front-end, Back-end, QA, DevOps та Business Analysis команд;

• здатність підтримувати розмову щодо технологічного стеку проєкту та основних технічних рішень;

• сильні комунікаційні навички та досвід взаємодії з великою кількістю стейкхолдерів.
