Juperra is a US healthcare marketplace connecting licensed caregivers — RNs, LPNs, CNAs — with families for in-home care.

We are a mobile-first, dual-sided platform with native Flutter apps (iOS + Android) for both caregivers and clients, featuring real-time booking, AI-powered matching, Socket.IO chat, Stripe payments, clinical documentation, and a full credentialing and background check pipeline.

We are a Delaware C-Corporation with a live production codebase and active integrations with Stripe, Twilio, Checkr, Persona, Nursys, Verisys, Sentry, and Thimble. The platform is already in active development with a working system and ongoing improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and extend the Node.js backend — REST APIs, real-time features, payment flows, credentialing and verification integrations

Build and improve Flutter features across both mobile apps

Integrate new third-party APIs as the platform grows

Maintain security best practices, write documentation, ensure code quality

Work directly with the CEO — fast decisions, no bureaucracy, real ownership

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of full stack development experience

Strong Node.js / Express — REST API design, PostgreSQL, authentication flows

Flutter / Dart — production mobile apps on iOS + Android

Experience integrating third-party APIs (payments, verification, messaging)

Strong written English — clear async communication is essential

Available for at least 4 hours of US Eastern timezone overlap daily

NICE TO HAVE

As a senior full stack developer, the role leads the development of backend services in Python and frontend interfaces in React according to UI/UX specifications, ensuring high reliability, strong engineering standards, and a seamless user experience. Project Description
The Carbon Capture Platform supports verification and management of CO₂ sequestration data from Carbon Capture and Storage operations. The system processes operational monitoring data, generates verifiable records, and enables creation of digital tokens representing stored CO₂.

At the initial stage, the team will analyze the existing platform, including architecture review, codebase assessment, and identification of technical issues, gaps, and risks.
Based on this, the team will address issues, improve stability and scalability, and implement enhancements. The scope also includes development of new features and onboarding of new customers, including integration with external systems such as SCADA.

The overall goal is to ensure reliable platform operation, support further development, and enable efficient integration of new users and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing React-based UI and Node.js backend to identify performance, architectural, and integration issues
• Refactor and improve UI components and backend services to meet updated requirements and ensure scalability
• Implement new end-to-end features and enhancements based on customer needs
