    Qualifications

    Today we are opening a position of a Customer support for new CRM (part time)

     

    Requirements for the candidate:

    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or your own)
    • Technical expertise (understanding of how CRM works and its structure)
    • Communication with customers (clear, polite and professional)
    • Experience with request processing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
    • Ability to work with many requests simultaneously, prioritization

     

    Will be a plus:

    • Empathy (understanding the needs and emotions of the client)
    • Basic knowledge of testing and writing bug reports
    • Understanding of sales or marketing processes (if CRM is used in these areas)

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Customer support - to answer requests from users who test the product functionality through the ticket system (Zendesk).
    • Consulting support - provide customers with clear and understandable explanations on how to use the functionality, resolve technical or functional issues.
    • Feedback transfer - generate reports and transfer them to the development team (directly or through designated channels) to take into account the wishes and problems of users.
    • Participate in setting up support via a bot - work with the team to launch and improve the support bot to improve customer self-service.
    • Keeping basic records and notes - since there is no documentation, it is important to create and maintain internal notes describing typical cases and solutions.
    • Improve support processes - over time, work with the team to help build a knowledge base and improve the user experience.
