The work

Some platforms have undocumented APIs, bot detection and changes that arrive without notice. We need someone who can understand how those integrations work and keep them reliable when the platform, traffic or data changes.

We're hiring a senior full-stack engineer to keep production reliable and customer data correct. You'll plan for a workload of 50 million jobs a day, including bursts, slow upstream services and retries. You'll also build integrations and customer-facing features in Laravel 13, Inertia and React.

What you'll do

• Investigate production problems using logs, metrics and the actual request and job flow. Identify who is affected, contain the problem and verify the fix.
• Keep queues and webhook delivery reliable. Handle retries, duplicate events, rate limits and worker failures without losing data or letting one account hold up everyone else.

• You can describe a production incident you personally investigated, the evidence that led to the cause and how you proved the fix worked. Explain the workload you owned in concrete numbers.
• You have reverse engineered an API, web client or similar integration. You can reason about HTTP headers, cookies, request signing, TLS fingerprints and rate limits.

In this client-facing technical role, you will lead the technical onboarding, oversee smooth system integrations, and ensure our enterprise clients extract maximum performance and value from our AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Ownership & Architecture: Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor during enterprise customer onboarding, translating client requirements into seamless implementation workflows.
• Scaling: Drive end-to-end technical engagement—from running technical validation to full production rollout and performance tuning.
• Enterprise Quality Assurance: Leverage test automation frameworks and rigorous QA practices to audit, validate, and troubleshoot complex integrations on high-traffic web applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal R&D, Product, and Sales teams to rapidly resolve technical bottlenecks, escalate bugs, and advocate for client feature needs.
• Performance & DevTools: Investigate frontend/network performance, inspect requests, and diagnose latency or rendering issues using browser dev tools, automated checks, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Technical Integration Specialist working in fast-paced environments.
• Enterprise Background: Proven experience working with large enterprise clients, managing complex enterprise setups, meeting high expectations, and coordinating across teams (ideally in the e-commerce/retail sector).
• QA & Automation Mastery: Solid, hands-on foundation in QA automation, test scripting, and performance/load testing methodology.
• Web Tech & Debugging: Strong command of web technologies (HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript) and hands-on expertise with Chrome DevTools or similar network/debugging utilities.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English (strictly C1–C2 level). You must be comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and collaborating in real-time.
• Time Zone: Flexibility and ability to work regularly within US time zones (covering daily overlap with North American clients).
• Mindset: Proactive problem solver, accountable, analytically minded, with outstanding customer-facing communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CDNs, and media compression/streaming workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

We're looking for a skilled Unity Developer who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining gameplay systems on both client and server sides, ensuring smooth performance and strong technical execution across the entire game.
 

What we expect:

- Strong command of C# and ability to write high-performance code;

- Experience working with 3D physics in game projects;

- Proficiency in using Addressables for resource management;

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading in Unity;
