🎯 What You’ll Do

• Create video-first content for multiple social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Telegram, etc.)
• Produce videos from scratch: concept → script → visuals → edit → publish
• Actively use AI tools for video generation, editing, voiceovers, visuals, and experimentation
• Track trends, memes, formats, and platform updates — and react fast
• Adapt content to different platforms and audiences
• Test new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches

• Maintain a fast production cycle without sacrificing quality

   

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Video Creator / Social Media Content Specialist
• Strong portfolio with real examples of video content 
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Short-form video (Reels / Shorts / TikTok)
  • Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.)
  • AI tools for content creation (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Deep understanding of how different platforms work and what performs on each
• Ability to spot trends early and act on them quickly
• High speed of execution and comfort with tight timelines
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and hooks

• English — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2+) for work communication

What We Expect

1. Complete a technical task (building a web service) independently within 1-2 days.
2. Technical screening interview (45-60 minutes).
3. Live coding session (2 hours) - candidate can use Google but not Chat GPT or similar tools.

About the Position

• Compensation: a flat monthly rate or hourly (tracked via Toggl.com)
• Holidays, sick days and vacation: standard for Ukraine (21 vacation days | 5 sick leave days | 11 holidays)
• Trial period: 3 months
• Working hours: 13:00 - 22:00 (Kyiv time)

What we're looking for:

• 1-2+ years of project management experience
• Fluent English (required)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Experience working with design and development teams
• Strong planning, estimation, and project control skills
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Linear/Notion)

• Sales or Account Manager background
• Technical background or solid understanding of development processes

• 1+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio with real projects (required for application)
