• UI Testing – Validate the visual quality of the website, app, and back office: is everything clean, aligned, modern, and consistent with the overall design language?
   
• UX Testing – Assess how intuitive and logical the user journey is — from registration and deposits to navigating the platform, managing settings, reports, and withdrawals.
   
• Consistency & Integration Testing – Check how new features and changes fit into the existing product — visually, functionally, and contextually. Nothing should feel out of place.
   
• Cross-Platform & Responsiveness Testing – Ensure smooth performance and proper display across different devices (desktop, mobile browsers, PWA) and screen sizes.
   
• Bug Reporting & Critical Review – Identify and log bugs, but also go beyond that — spot UX flaws, inconsistencies, or confusing behavior. Be proactive in raising questions and suggesting improvements, even when the feature technically “works.”

• 3+ years of experience as a creative producer or in a similar creative marketing or production role.

The product we are working on is one of TOP-3 navigation systems, complex web services, and other solutions related to it. The web and mobile apps handle information at a massive scale and extend well beyond the search, giving people and companies a lot of new, useful options.

This role focuses on executing critical migration projects within the backend infrastructure of the project. The Backend Infrastructure team is undertaking several large-scale migrations to modernize its systems, improve reliability, and reduce maintenance overhead. This TVC position will be instrumental in performing the hands-on work required for these migrations, working closely with the infrastructure team and other Backend teams.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Execute Migrations: Actively participate in and drive the execution of large-scale code and system migrations across various backend services. Some examples include:
  • migrating event processing systems from custom infrastructure to managed infrastructure solutions;
  • Transitioning services from custom OpenCensus metrics collection to OpenTelemetry;

  -Ensure best practices in security, monitoring, and compliance within the cloud infrastructure.
• Technical Execution
  -Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from research and experimentation to production and maintenance;
  -Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices to streamline model deployment and CI/CD workflows;
  -Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize production ML models for performance.
• Team Development & Communication
  -Conduct regular code reviews and ensure engineering standards are upheld;
  -Facilitate professional growth and learning for the team through continuous feedback and guidance;
  -Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  
  Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Comfortable with standard ML algorithms and underlying math.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems
• AWS Bedrock experience strongly preferred
• Practical experience with solving classification and regression tasks in general, feature engineering.
• Practical experience with ML models in production.
• Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
• Solid software engineering skills (i.e., ability to produce well-structured modules, not only notebook scripts).
• Python expertise, Docker.
• English level - strong Intermediate.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
   

Will be a plus:

• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS stack is preferred, e.g. Amazon SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, AWS Lambda).
