- Working closely with creative, product, design and analytics teams to deliver scalable performance
- Ideating and testing new markets, audiences, platforms, products
- Taking part in brainstorms and cross-functional campaign planning

β What We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Proven track record of building UA processes from scratch
- Hands-on experience managing budgets $100,000+ monthly across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar
- Understanding of Web2App / Web2Web funnels, monetization and subscription models
- Proficiency with performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, Churn

Strategy and Project Delivery
