Місія компанії W8 Shipping — надавати відмінний сервіс з купівлі та доставки автомобілів з США. Ми хочемо аби якісні автомобілі з США були нормою для українців. Тому працюємо згідно чіткого та вимогливого Американського стандарту.

Шукаємо сформованного та креативного B2С Head of Marketing/CMO. 

Основний фокус: діджитал маркетинг, лідогенераці як результат і оффлайн маркетинг, в меньшому об'ємі. 

Твоїми задачами буде:

•  Продукт: створення, актуалізація, запуск на ринок і подальший розвиток продуктів та сервісів компанії.
• Покупець: дослідження покупця та аналітика. Мета: глибоко розуміти поведінку покупця й приймати рішення про дії на основі даних.
• Ринок. Аналіз, розуміння, врахування реальної ситуації.
• Розробка та реалізація маркетингових стратегій для двох бізнес-напрямків.
• Формування й управління воронкою лідогенерації: від креативів і контенту до заявок у CRM.
• Відповідальність за результати та показники всіх digital-каналів (Meta, Google, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, SEO).
• Запуск і розвиток офлайн-лідогенерації (події, партнерства, виставки, тест-драйви, мерч, локальні активації).
• Координація команд: Performance, Content, Offline.
• Визначення KPI та моніторинг ROI, CPL, CAC, ROMI.
• Розвиток та вдосконалення системи аналітики й звітності.
• Ініціювання та тестування нових гіпотез для зниження вартості ліда й підвищення конверсії.
• Позиціонування: формування чіткої ціннісної пропозиції, меседжів, tone of voice і конкурентних переваг для різних аудиторій і ринків.
• Керівництво креативними проектами: відео, контент-серії, кампанії з впізнаваності бренду.
• Робота з підрядниками, фрілансерами, медіа та партнерськими структурами.
• Формування сильної маркетингової команди з акцентом на продуктивність, інновації та баланс.
