Знайомся з Назаром, Creative Team Lead в команді Wisey. У Назара понад 8 років досвіду в маркетингу. За майже 3 роки в команді Wisey Назар встиг попрацювати та стати лідом платної закупки трафіку в соціальних мережах і зараз очолює креативну команду, що складається з 18 спеціалістів (7 Creative Marketing Manager’ів та 11 дизайнерів).

Ти будеш відповідати за повний цикл створення креативів: гіпотеза → креатив → тест → аналіз → нова гіпотеза

• дослідження аудиторій, болей і ринку
• генерація гіпотез
• постановка ТЗ дизайнерам
• аналіз результатів і масштабування працюючих рішень

Твої майбутні задачі:

1. Створювати креативні концепції для Meta та TikTok
2. Аналізувати ринок, конкурентів і тренди
3. Формувати ТЗ на відео та статичні креативи
4. Аналізувати ефективність (що “зайшло”, а що ні)
5. Генерувати нові гіпотези та підходи
6. Працювати з AI-інструментами для створення та оптимізації креативів

Ми шукаємо людину, яка:

1. Має сильну мотивацію працювати та розвиватись в креативному маркетингу
2. Вміє мислити структурно (через аудиторії, інсайти, логіку)
3. Не боїться фейлів і готова працювати в середовищі постійних тестів
4. Бере ownership за задачі та доводить їх до результату
5. Швидко навчається і проактивно шукає рішення
6. Англійська Upper-Intermediate (B2+) або вище

➕ Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у маркетингу / контенті / рекламі
• Досвід в рекламних агентствах

• Базове розуміння performance-маркетингу

Твій проєкт:
AdConnect. Це бізнес у складі appflame, який спеціалізується на розробці інноваційних рішень у performance-маркетингу та розвитку дейтинг-продуктів.

Наші напрями performance-маркетингу: Ad & Affiliate Networks, Comparison & Review Websites, Social Media Advertising.

У рамках цих напрямків, ми допомагаємо бізнесам з усього світу залучати нових клієнтів із Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola тощо. А також розвиваємо власну рекламну мережу та AdTech-рішення.

Ти будеш:
● Тестувати, оптимізувати й масштабувати маркетингові кампанії в Meta Ads для досягнення бізнес-цілей проєкту.
● Постійно шукати нові підходи до залучення користувачів і проводити тести для покращення балансу LTV/CAC.
● Разом із командою аналітики знаходити точки зростання для досягнення окупності проєкту.
● Співпрацювати з креативною командою, щоб підвищувати конверсію у маркетингових воронках.

У нас станеться метч, якщо ти маєш:

● Досвід роботи з джерелами рекламного трафіку

● Бажано, практика на англомовних Tier-1 ринках
● Вміння працювати з аналітичними інструментами (Tableau тощо).
● Розуміння ключових маркетингових метрик: CAC, ROI, LTV.
● Проактивність, ініціативність, захоплення сферою performance-маркетингу.
● Готовність швидко навчатися та розвиватися.

Буде плюсом:
● Управління рекламними бюджетами від $100k+.
● Досвід роботи з Meta Ads, TikTok Ads та Google Ads.
● Досвід залучення трафіку на вебплатформи.
● Навички роботи з маркетинговою аналітикою (Tableau, Amplitude тощо).
