We’re looking for a Marketing Intern - someone who can turn the ordinary into something fresh, notice the little things, catch trends early, and add a personal twist where it matters.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze the performance of advertising creatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Search for source materials (images, music, videos) to support the creation of ad content.
• Collaborate with marketers and the creative team to develop innovative advertising materials.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all creatives meet the required standards.
• Set tasks in the internal company system and CRM, providing clear and detailed technical specifications.
• Stay up to date with market trends to find inspiration and bring new ideas into creative development.

Requirements:

• English level B1 or higher.
• Understanding of what makes up a creative (fonts, music, video, background, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Шукаємо Casino Junior Promo Manager, який буде рухати результат, а не просто виконувати таски.
Ти будеш відповідати за повний цикл промо-кампаній у
Casino-напрямку на Tier 1 ринках: від ідеї та запуску до аналізу та
оптимізації.

Твої задачі
● Допомагати в підготовці та запуску промо-кампаній (турніри,
бонуси, лотереї, gamification) за затвердженим планом.
● Налаштовувати промо та перевіряти їх коректність відповідно до
готового ТЗ.
● Підготовлювати та оновлювати T&C, промо-матеріали та необхідну документацію.
● Перевіряти тексти, банери та налаштування перед запуском
промо.
● Взаємодіяти з CRM, дизайном, контентом, QA, Support та іншими
командами для своєчасного запуску кампаній.
● Моніторити активні промо та оперативно повідомляти про
проблеми або помилки.
● Збирати базову статистику та допомагати в аналізі результатів
промо.
● Виконувати операційні задачі та підтримувати актуальність
промо-календаря.
● Використовувати AI-інструменти для автоматизації рутинних
процесів.

Що важливо мати

● Від 6 місяців до 1 року досвіду в iGaming або суміжній сфері (CRM, Promotions, Support, Content, Marketing буде перевагою).

● Базове розуміння бонусної механіки казино: фриспіни, бонуси,
cashback, wagering.
● Розуміння принципів роботи промо-кампаній та бажання
розвиватися в цьому напрямку.
● Вміння уважно працювати з документацією, T&C та
налаштуваннями.
● Базові навички роботи з Excel/Google Sheets.
● Уважність до деталей та відповідальність — навіть невелика
помилка може вплинути на користувацький досвід.
● Вміння працювати в команді, ставити запитання та швидко
навчатися.
● Ініціативність і бажання розбиратися в нових процесах та
інструментах.
