What you will do:
- Assist the marketing team with daily tasks, including helping to make content for our social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram), doing marketing analytics, creating new website pages
- Actively monitor the crypto market and social media for breaking news, emerging narratives, and "alpha" to report key insights to the team.
- Support other marketing activities as needed (such as email marketing, SEO research, and PR) to gain a broad understanding of the full marketing function.

- Deep, "crypto-native" understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a must. You should be familiar with DeFi, L1/L2s, and, most importantly, the airdrop, testnet, and token sale landscape
- You are an active user of crypto social media (especially Twitter/X and Telegram). You already follow emerging trends, new narratives, and understand how the crypto community behaves
- A proactive, highly curious, and eager-to-learn attitude. You are a self-starter who isn't afraid to ask questions and take ownership of your learning and assigned tasks
- An analytical mindset and a genuine interest in learning how to use data. You're curious about what's working (and what's not) and want to learn how data drives marketing decisions.
- English Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate). You must have a strong foundation for reading and writing about complex topics without reliance on AI tools. We support using AI tools to enhance productivity, but a strong, independent grasp of English is essential for your growth.

- Experience of using AI tools
