What we are looking for: 

• Strong understanding of OOP, FP, and RX
• Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
• 5+ years shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU)
• Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Fluent English, proactive communication
• Experience leading code reviews and mentoring developers
• Pragmatic over perfect - you avoid over-engineering and ship incremental wins fast
• Quality guardian - you prioritize testability and clean code over quick hacks
• Radically transparent - you openly share plans, blockers and progress, with no surprises

• Humble-yet-assertive mindset (“disagree & commit”) - you confidently challenge ideas with data and clear logic, and once a direction is chosen, take ownership and deliver end-to-end

You will be responsible for:

• Own architecture & feature delivery end-to-end
• Drive reliability, simplicity and best practices
• Integrating mobile apps with web services
• Conducting code reviews

• Working closely with the other teams throughout the app development process

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  - Total years in IT: 5+ years
  - Flutter (4+ of commercial experience with Flutter). In-depth Flutter framework knowledge

У команді мобільної розробки зараз 6 Flutter-розробників рівня middle та senior. У ролі Tech Lead ти будеш поєднувати активну розробку (близько 80% часу) з технічним лідерством і підтримкою команди (близько 20%). Ти матимеш прямий вплив на архітектурні рішення, якість коду та розвиток мобільного продукту.

Zeely AI — це платформа, яка за допомогою штучного інтелекту створює вірусні UGC-відео та рекламні банери, а також запускає ефективні кампанії у Facebook та Instagram, допомагаючи малому бізнесу ставати помітним і масштабуватись.Працюємо на T1-ринок.

• Координація роботи команди, забезпечення мотивації та розвитку команди.

• Усунення несправностей, налагодження та оновлення програмного забезпечення.
• Слідкувати за галузевими тенденціями та технологіями, щоб гарантувати, що наші додатки залишатимуться на передовій інновацій.
• Працювати в середовищі безперервного делівері.
• Співпрацювати з продуктовою командою, щоб забезпечити зручність та інтуїтивну зрозумілість продуктів.

Що потрібно, щоб приєднатися до нас?

• 5+ років досвіду у мобільній розробці (3+ роки Flutter & Dart)
• 2+ роки досвіду у ролі тім ліда чи тех ліда команди
• Досвід розробки додатків на нативних мовах
• Розуміння принципів ООP, SOLID і DRY
• Досвід роботи з REST API, JSON, HTTP, Web-Socket, Analytics SDK, Firebase
• Розуміння різних стейт менеджментів (Provider, Bloс, GetX)
• Розуміння систем контролю версій (Git)
• Розуміння процесу публікацій додатків у Google Play та App Store
