Role Overview:
As Senior Designer at Everstakeβs global team, you will own design across marketing, brand, and product touchpoints. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where youβll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to create institutional-grade materials and product experiences. You will ensure every visual touchpoint - from client-facing decks and campaigns to product UI and web experiences - communicates clarity, credibility, and Everstakeβs leadership in staking infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Visual Identity: Evolve and maintain Everstakeβs brand guidelines to match our institutional positioning, Create high-quality visual assets for campaigns, events, product launches, and thought leadership.
- Marketing Design: Design sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and reports for institutional clients. Build engaging visuals for social media, newsletters, and web campaigns.
- Product & Web: Collaborate with Product Managers to design UI/UX for staking dashboards, yield vaults, and APIs. Support web design updates and create visuals for new product pages.
- Events & Content: Deliver branding and design for conferences, roadshows, and upcoming flagship events. Produce visual storytelling for high-profile campaigns and partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales & BD, and Product to ensure design consistency across all materials. Translate complex staking/yield concepts into clear, visual narratives.
