Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a DevOps professional with a strong growth mindset to help evolve and optimise the large-scale infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams, contribute to improving clients' existing systems, and help design new solutions in a dynamic environment that supports innovation and professional growth. You’ll be working with a complex ecosystem that includes 6+ AWS organisations, 30+ AWS accounts, and over 600 applications, where your ideas and contributions will have real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the development team;
• Reviewing the current infrastructure and planning improvements;
• Mitigating incidents, if needed;
• Collaborating with the DevOps team to make our client's team excellent;
• Brainstorming on new solutions/architecture.
   

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of DevOps engineering experience. Experience working as a part of a central DevOps team - responsible for complex projects or several projects, would be a good fit;
• Proven technical troubleshooting skills;
• Experience in managing WEB projects, hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;
• Experience in passing/maintaining compliance (optional);
• Hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;
• Security practices;
• A sense of ownership;
• Data-driven decisions;
• Solving the root cause, not the symptoms;
• Self-learning (for the project and necessary skills);
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
   

To be confident with a tech stack like:

• IaC (infrastructure as a code): ArgoCD (or Flux) Helm, Terraform (Terragrunt), Ansible (we are migrating to Docker/Helm);
• Cloud platforms: AWS;
• Containers: Kubernetes, Docker;
• Database operations: mostly PostgreSQL (but experience with any of the major databases could help);
• Experience with CI/CD configuration: GitLab pipelines;
• Programming language: ability to read some code in case of debugging or writing a simple script (Python, Ruby, PHP, NodeJS);
• Experience working/setting up monitoring solutions: any of the spread ELK, Prometheus, Victoriametrics, etc.
• Must have confidence in Linux / Networking, the ability to troubleshoot, and an understanding of HTTP interaction.

Requirements

— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field
— Extensive commercial experience with modern C++ (C++11 and later)
— Experience designing and implementing complex software systems
— Ability to work efficiently with large codebases, including extending and modifying existing functionality

About the project

Development of software for handheld medical ultrasound devices used globally. The work includes real-time ultrasound data acquisition and processing, cross-platform mobile application development, wireless probe connectivity, and system-level optimization. The team builds complete ultrasound solutions — from probe firmware to mobile apps — used by clinicians in emergency care, primary care, and remote medical settings.

About the role:

Intent Solutions Group is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Lviv. In this hands-on role, you’ll help turn marketing ideas into campaigns and content that build awareness, generate qualified B2B leads, and support pipeline growth for our software consultancy services.
You’ll work closely with our CMO, sales team, and copywriter while taking ownership of day-to-day execution. This role would suit a versatile marketer who enjoys combining strategy with practical delivery, testing new ideas, and turning rough inputs such as notes, calls, and early concepts into polished marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across key channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and US-based audiences.

Adapt messaging and copy into LinkedIn posts, email sequences, landing pages, website updates, campaigns, and other marketing assets.

Create case studies and proof-based content from customer calls, recordings, and interviews.

Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities, including organic social media, paid campaigns, website content, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.

Use GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms to support content adaptation, campaign ideation, testing, reporting, and workflow automation.

Our Helpdesk team is the foundation of the company’s internal IT infrastructure. We ensure secure access to resources, manage the device fleet, maintain network reliability, and support core corporate services, enabling teams across the organization to work efficiently and without interruption.

We are looking for a Helpdesk Lead who will take end-to-end ownership of this function: defining service standards, driving operational excellence, and automating routine processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

In this role, you will work across device fleet management for macOS, Linux, and Windows, identity and access management (IAM), asset lifecycle management, network infrastructure, and the administration of Google Workspace and Atlassian environments.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Leadership teams, playing a key role in building and maintaining a secure, reliable, and scalable internal IT environment that supports the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Help Desk operations and define the long-term strategy for the function, ensuring operational stability, SLA compliance, and service quality
