• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the SaaS subscription space. Continuously experiment and iterate to improve conversion performance.
• Implement and optimize referral programs and other strategies to leverage existing users for acquisition and conversion.
• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messaging and offers for different user groups, with a focus on maximizing conversion potential.
• Drive and manage sales led growth and our account based marketing efforts with the goal of growing our pipeline value for our sales team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps System Integration Engineer with a strong background in cloud technologies, Linux-based systems, and building efficient DevOps practices for backend development and infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of the full platform’s cloud infrastructure, Linux-based emulators, and development cycle — from requirements gathering to production deployment — and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques
— Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and software architecture
