As an Automation QA Engineer in the Payment team, you’ll be part of the professional team to develop complex distributed systems in high-load environments that provide multiple solutions to various consumers utilizing the modern toolset and microservice architecture.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, development, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks
• Participant in design new automation solutions
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient and reliable software delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend components
• Ensure test scripts are adaptable to changing application features and maintain high test coverage
• Analysis of automated test results, promptly identifying and reporting deviations or issues
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to prioritize and resolve identified defects
• Actively participate in the daily activities of feature teams, providing valuable insights into the software development process
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of test cases, procedures, and automation frameworks
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote a culture of continuous learning

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in software testing, and at least 3 years in test automation in Java
• OOP knowledge
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver
• REST API knowledge
• CI jobs/pipelines configuration (Jenkins)
• Windows CMD knowledge
• Excellent knowledge in Git
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Experience with Postman or any of API testing tools
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the development team effectively and with stakeholders
• Good understanding of QA processes and SDLC including agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define and design efficient data schema and pipelines
• Perform ETL implementation, including transformations and data insertion into tables for analytics purposes
• Provide expertise in data warehousing and analytics to ensure optimized data structures
• Work on both the architectural design and actual system building
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data strategies and solutions
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of data solutions for analytical purposes

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Software Architect
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake
• Proven experience in designing star or snowflake schemas for data warehousing and analytics
• Proficiency in data modeling and experience in cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English with a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Previous experience with a BI tool, especially Domo, is advantageous
• Familiarity with MongoDB is a valuable addition
