Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python/AI Engineer with strong experience in machine learning, data engineering, cloud-based architectures, and AI agent pipelines.

You will work directly with the system architect to design and build:

• AI-powered data pipelines,
• prediction and scoring models,
• market-resolution oracles,
• agentic processing pipelines (AWS Bedrock / LangChain / custom),
• high-performance AWS-backed microservices and event-driven workflows.

This role is suited for a self-driven engineer who can operate in a fast-moving architecture.

Key Responsibilities

AI / ML

• Develop and train ML models for market signals, behavioral patterns, user risk segmentation, anomaly detection.
• Implement embedding pipelines, vector search and semantic analysis using:
  AWS Bedrock (Titan, Claude), SageMaker, LangChain, FAISS, OpenSearch, or local pipelines.
• Build LLM-based agents using LangGraph, LangChain, AWS Bedrock Agents, or custom orchestration.
• Work with HuggingFace, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers, Nomic embeddings, etc.

Python Engineering

• Design clean, modular services for data collection, processing, analytics and agentic workflows.
• Build real-time pipelines using:
  asyncio, WebSockets, FastAPI, Redis Streams, Kafka, Celery, Apache Beam (optional).
• Implement microservices interacting with internal APIs, AWS services and data layers.
• Write production-quality Python (3.10+) with Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Poetry/pipenv, type checking (mypy), and tests (pytest).

Data Engineering

• Create ETL/ELT pipelines aggregating both on-chain and off-chain datasets using:
  AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, S3, DynamoDB Streams, Kinesis.
• Optimize storage and data access: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, S3, OpenSearch.
• Implement observability and monitoring: CloudWatch Logs, Metrics, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry.

DevOps / Cloud (nice to have)

• Experience with AWS:
  • Lambda (Python runtime)
  • ECS Fargate
  • Bedrock (LLMs, embeddings, agents)
  • SageMaker (model training & deployment)

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years of Python engineering experience.
• Strong background in AI/ML, especially NLP and agent-based architectures.
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and vector DBs (FAISS, OpenSearch, Pinecone).
• Strong understanding of async Python and distributed systems.

• Skilled in performing circuit- and temperature-level simulations and using industry-standard tools such as LTspice, PSpice, and Micro-Cap.
• A solid foundation in power electronics is essential, including experience with AC/DC and DC/DC converters, battery management systems, and battery-powered product design.
• Practical knowledge in RF design, encompassing antenna matching and  layout optimization for RF SoC and module-based systems (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, GSM, LTE, NB-IoT, etc.).
• Proficiency in multilayer PCB design, including HDI, flex, and flex-rigid boards, is required, along with experience in creating production-ready PCB documentation.
• A comprehensive understanding of high-speed design principles—covering USB, Ethernet, DDR2/3, and HDMI interfaces—and of signal integrity and power integrity validation methods is expected.
• An in-depth understanding of EMC fundamentals, filtering, and shielding strategies, combined with hands-on experience in EMC pre-compliance testing and debugging, is essential.
• Proficient in the practical use of standard laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong prototype debugging, troubleshooting and repair skills.

What you’ll do

• Own the QA process for web-based applications: from requirements to release confidence.
• Design and maintain test plans, checklists, and test cases in TestRail.
• Perform manual testing (exploratory, regression, acceptance) with strong attention to risk and impact.
• Build, extend, and maintain automation from scratch (Playwright preferred), including:
  • stable test architecture
  • meaningful reporting
  • CI-friendly execution
  • reliable, maintainable suites
• Conduct API testing using Postman (and support API test automation where applicable).
• Identify, log, and track defects in Jira, with high-quality reproduction steps and clear severity/priority.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Improve QA processes across the SDLC: faster feedback loops, fewer flaky tests, better release confidence.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test design, reduce repetitive work, and improve efficiency (while keeping quality and security intact).

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation QA for web applications.
• Strong hands-on automation experience, ideally Playwright (or similar modern framework).
• Experience setting up automation approaches/frameworks and building maintainable suites.
• Solid knowledge of Postman, TestRail, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and quality practices in modern product teams.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Good web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, HTTP, Ajax, JSON.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ for collaboration and documentation.
• Language bonus:
