About Job Position:

We are embarking on an ambitious greenfield project to create a high-performance, globally accessible website using Eleventy (11ty) (https://www.11ty.dev) as the static site generator, with data managed by Directus (https://directus.io/) and fetched via a GraphQL API at build time. 

With 180,000 pages and translations in 28 languages, this is a high-impact, large-scale project that requires a developer skilled in performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Our goal is to deliver a 400 Lighthouse score (https://www.11ty.dev/speedlify/) while supporting advanced features like incremental builds, reusable components, and seamless internationalization.
 

This project is a unique opportunity to create a global, highly performant website from scratch, with an emphasis on internationalization, scalability, and accessibility.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Translate Figma Designs: Accurately translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect 11ty templates.

    

2. Reusable HTML Components: Develop reusable and modular HTML components that integrate seamlessly with Directus.

    

3. Incremental Builds: Implement a build process that only compiles new or edited pages, ensuring efficient handling of our large content base (130,000 pages).

    

4. Implement Internationalization (i18n): Ensure proper multilingual support with accurate file organization and build processes to manage translations across 28 languages seamlessly.

    

5. File Organization: Set up a clean, maintainable file structure that supports internationalization and scaling.

    

6. Sitemap Generation: Implement automatic sitemap generation to enhance SEO and navigation.

    

7. Achieve Performance Excellence: Optimize site performance to hit a perfect 400 Lighthouse score for Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO.

    

8. Staging/Dev Environment: Set up a fast and reliable staging/development environment to test builds and features efficiently.

    

9. Integrate GraphQL and Directus: Fetch data dynamically at build time using a GraphQL API connected to Directus, ensuring robust and scalable data management.

    

10. Testing: Rigorously test the site for performance, accuracy, and language support.

     

11. Documentation: Provide clear, maintainable documentation for components and processes to ensure ease of use for future developers.
    
     

Key Qualifications:

• Frontend Expertise: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and templating languages like Markdown, Nunjucks or Liquid.

Проєкт: Високонавантажена Web-платформa Social Casino зі складною бізнес логікою на ринок Tier-1.

Ми шукаємо розробника, котрий орієнтований на продукт і бажає працювати зі складною бізнес-логікою та впроваджувати свої ідеї по покращенню продукту підвищуючи Business Values.

Основні очікування від технічних скілів:

• 3+ років досвіду у розробці та вміння писати "чистий" код на JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Знання та підтверджений досвід з Vue, Vue3, Nuxt3, Vuex, Pinia;
• Знання SCSS та Webpack;

• Розуміння як працювати з продуктом та бажання брати на себе відповідальність за ідеї з покращення продукту.

   

Наразі ми хочемо доповнити команду сильними фахівцями, яким цікаво буде брати участь в таких челенджах:

• Аналіз вимог та дизайну від Product owner та дизайнерів;
• Робота над інфраструктурними задачами (оптимізація кода, рефакторинг, написання юніт тестів, тощо);
• Тех. планування з лідом команди: продумування архітектури, пошук оптимальних рішень;
• Реалізація функціоналу;
• Код рев'ю (перехресне код рев'ю).

• Саппорт фічі на продакшені.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working on the front lines of our product—literally. Your job will be to build and maintain highly responsive, user-friendly components using Next.js, NextUI, and Tailwind CSS. From advanced forms and filters to complex UI states, you’ll be creating interfaces that handle a lot and still feel intuitive.

You’ll also:

• Integrate REST APIs with React Query
• Optimize UI components like Autocomplete and Select (NextUI pros welcome!)
• Manage form validation with React Hook Form, Zod, and Yup
• Work alongside design, backend, and product teams to ship, learn, and iterate quickly
• Use Zustand for state management
• Keep quality high with peer code reviews and clean Git/CI/CD workflows

You’re Probably a Match If You Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and NextUI
• Deep familiarity with Autocomplete and Select components in NextUI
• Solid skills in TypeScript, React Query, React Hook Form, Zod/Yup
• Confidence working with Tailwind CSS and SCSS
• Good grasp of REST APIs, HTML5, Git, and CI/CD workflows
• The ability to turn Figma designs into polished interfaces

Bonus Points If You’ve Worked With:

• jQuery (we’ve got a few legacy pieces)
• Mailbox integrations
