What You Will Own

• Operations and reporting — monthly close, P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AP/AR, multi-entity accounting in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks
• Budgeting — annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, departmental spend tracking and variance analysis
• Compliance and tax — Ukrainian tax regulations, audit coordination, payroll processing, statutory reporting

We are looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager to join our software development team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end delivery, work with distributed cross-functional teams, and serve as the key link between client expectations and internal execution. You will lead client engagements, ensure operational alignment, and support both financial health and long-term relationship growth. Most of the projects you will manage will be in the FinTech domain, requiring high attention to detail, security, and compliance standards.

We build a wireless handheld ultrasound (POCUS) device that connects to iOS/Android via a mobile app. This is a real hardware + software product in the medical domain, where reliability, performance and clean engineering practices matter.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement and test embedded C++ (C++17+) software for a handheld device
• Deliver new features and continuously improve architecture and code quality
• Write unit tests for low-level/embedded parts (tests are treated as product code)
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews in a supportive team culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, UX/usability, clinical experts) to turn requirements into implementable solutions
• Optimize performance and resource usage (CPU/memory/power, depending on the area)
