Що потрібно буде робити: 

• Проєктування, побудова та розвиток IT-інфраструктури компанії (гібридна модель: On-Premise + Cloud).
• Забезпечення стабільного зв'язку та функціонування мережі магазинів (VPN, відмовостійкість каналів, POS-системи).
• Підтримка парку фізичних та віртуальних серверів, систем збереження даних (Storage), налаштування моніторингу та бекапування.
• Управління відносинами з постачальниками послуг зв'язку та хостингу (ключовий фокус — екосистема Lanet та аналогічні бізнес-рішення).
• Забезпечення мережевої безпеки та захисту даних корпоративного периметра.

Функціонал позиції:
— Керування командою технічної підтримки (L1): розподіл задач, контроль якості, розвиток співробітників.
— Обробка запитів у ServiceDesk, вирішення інцидентів, ескалація складних технічних питань.
— Забезпечення безперебійної роботи ІТ-інфраструктури в офісах (мережа, відеоконференції, офісне обладнання).
— Ведення обліку ІТ-активів, оновлення конфігурацій, забезпечення наявності резервного обладнання.
— Планування та координація технічного обслуговування, оновлень та локальних проєктів.
— Формування бюджету, планування закупівель, взаємодія з постачальниками.
— Участь у впровадженні корпоративних ІТ-стандартів та політик.
— Координація між офісами, узгодження технічних рішень та процесів.

Вимоги до кандидата:
— Практичний досвід роботи в IT підтримці / системному адмініструванні (від 3 років).
— Знання основ мережевої інфраструктури (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
— Досвід роботи з ServiceDesk-системами (Jira, ServiceNow, тощо).
— Навички обслуговування офісного обладнання (ноутбуки, принтери, Wi-Fi, відеоконференції).
— Базові навички бюджетування, планування закупівель та роботи з постачальниками.
— Знання англійської на рівні В1 і вище.

Вимоги:

• Досвід від 3-х років на позиції системного адміністратора або інженера інфраструктури;
• Досвід роботи з обладнанням UniFi/Ubiquiti;
• Впевнене володіння Windows Server та Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS);
• Глибоке розуміння стеку TCP/IP, маршрутизації, DNS, DHCP;
• Досвід адміністрування Google Workspace на рівні Enterprise;
• Розуміння принципів побудови захищених мереж (Firewalls, VPN-тунелі).

Обовʼязки:

• Адміністрування та підтримка мережевої інфраструктури на базі Ubiquiti UniFi: керування комутаторами, шлюзами та точками доступу, налаштування VLAN і сегментації мереж;
• Забезпечення стабільної роботи Wi-Fi мережі та оптимізація покриття;
• Налаштування та підтримка захищених мережевих тунелів між офісами та віддаленими локаціями (Site-to-Site, Client-to-Site VPN: IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard);
