Tech Stack: Python, Django, React, Flutter, JavaScript, TypeScript

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical execution of full stack (backend + frontend) projects
• Design scalable architectures, perform code reviews, solve complex challenges
• Mentor developers, conduct performance reviews, participate in hiring
• Engage in client meetings, demos, and ensure documentation quality
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies
• Report to CEO/COO, organize internal tech meetups and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 3+ years in full stack and mobile (Flutter) development
• Strong expertise in Python/Django and React/TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, Docker, CI/CD
• Proven leadership skills: task planning, mentoring, quality control
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and technical documentation
