We're after a Senior Affiliate Manager who can hunt, negotiate, build relationships and turn them into FTDs.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Find the right partners — strong affiliates, media buying teams and traffic sources that can actually deliver. Grow your network across UZ / AZ / TR / BD and turn new contacts into long-term partnerships. Talk, negotiate, close — from the first message to a deal that makes sense for both sides. Own your GEO — understand what’s happening in the market, what competitors are doing and where the next opportunity is. Grow the numbers — FTDs, deposits, quality traffic and, ultimately, revenue. Keep good partners close — build relationships, spot growth opportunities and scale what works. Test new ideas and traffic sources — because “we’ve always done it this way” isn’t really our thing. Work with the numbers — understand performance, spot problems early and know when to scale (or when to stop). Share your experience with Junior and Middle Affiliate Managers and help the team get stronger. Bring ideas to the table — if you see a better way to do something, we genuinely want to hear it. In short: find great partners, build real relationships, grow quality traffic and make your GEO bigger.

The project focuses on building and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions using Keycloak and modern authentication standards.

IAM & Authentication

Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts and architecture.

Role Overview
We need someone in the trenches every day. You'll own lead generation, pipeline movement, and making sure our content actually reaches the people it's meant for. This is hands-on execution, not strategy decks.

What You'll Do

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Reddit. Build campaigns, manage budgets, test creative, and report on what's working. Pixels and conversion tracking are already wired up, so you're optimizing a running engine
• Own email deliverability and nurture. MSPs run aggressive spam filters (Proofpoint, Mimecast), and getting past them is a real problem. You'll own inbox placement, warm-up, authentication, and nurture sequences that move leads from signup to activation
• Run pipeline operations. Access code distribution, lifecycle stage hygiene in HubSpot, lead routing, and day-to-day plumbing that keeps prospects moving

• Real media buying experience across Meta and Google. You can show accounts you've run and numbers you've moved
• Hands-on deliverability work. You've fixed inbox placement and know SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warm-up
• Outbound and LinkedIn experience. You've run sequences, managed sender reputation, and know why a domain gets flagged
• CRM ownership. Hands-on HubSpot experience is what matters most. Salesforce or other major CRM experience is a plus

Required skills
