About the Role:
We’re looking for a mid-level AI Engineer to help test, deploy, and integrate cutting-edge generative AI models into production experiences centered around human avatars and 3D content. You’ll work directly with the CEO to turn R&D prototypes into stable, scalable products.

Responsibilities:

Work Conditions

• Full-time, remote position
• Availability at least until 2:00 PM NYC time / 21:00 Kyiv time
• 2–3 month probationary period

Responsibilities

• Editing short-form marketing videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Creating engaging video content using CapCut (mobile and/or desktop)
• Working with ready-made templates: finding, adapting, and customizing them
• Adding text, subtitles, transitions, effects, music, and basic animations
• Adapting videos to different formats and platforms
• Following brand guidelines and marketing briefs
• Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams
• Making quick edits and iterations based on feedback
• Keeping up with short-video trends and social media formats

Required Skills and Knowledge

• 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor
• Confident, hands-on experience with CapCut
• Experience editing short marketing or UGC-style videos
• Understanding of social media video formats and best practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Intermediate (or higher) level of English
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments

As a Data Analyst at TrueLabel, you will play a key role in driving product and business growth through data. You will work with large volumes of iGaming data, transform raw numbers into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and help teams make confident, data-driven decisions.

This role combines deep analytical work, product research, and close collaboration with product, marketing, and tech teams to identify growth opportunities, validate hypotheses, and improve overall platform performance.
 

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Conduct product and business research, analyzing user behavior, product performance, and key business metrics;
• Work with data and produce analytical reports and insights to support decision-making across teams;
• Design and maintain a system of dashboards for deep analytics of the product and business domains;
• Work with analytical infrastructure, including ClickHouse, MySQL, and PostHog;

🎯 Role Overview

As a PIQ Configuration Manager at TrueLabel, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and monitoring payment method routing within our in-house DevCode (PIQ) platform. You will play a key role in ensuring high payment performance, stability, and scalability, working closely with payment providers, internal teams, and partners to continuously improve payment flows and KPIs.

This role sits at the intersection of payments, analytics, and operations, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and system optimization.
 

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Set up and manage routing configurations for payment methods in DevCode (PIQ), including cascading routing and failover logic;
• Monitor and analyze payment performance data, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement to meet and exceed key KPIs;
• Implement configuration changes based on performance analysis, business needs, and provider recommendations;
• Collaborate closely with Paydirection, analyzing reports and applying configuration improvements based on insights;
• Continuously optimize workflows and configuration processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability;
• Collect, structure, and validate data to support accurate analysis and reporting for internal teams;
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries that clearly reflect client and payment method performance;
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities that enhance platform stability, payment success rates, and operational scalability;
