Core Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand automated tests for web applications (built with TypeScript) using Playwright.
• Ensure the integrity of our microservices by automating REST API tests using Postman.
• Own the quality gate. Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI and GitHub Actions to ensure every PR is validated before merging.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists.
• Perform static testing by reviewing business requirements and technical specifications to identify potential gaps or contradictions early in the SDLC. 
• Analyse test results, report defects, and track their resolution.
• Work closely with Developers and DevOps to debug flaky tests and optimise pipeline execution times.
• Ability to work in our Dnipro office required.
   

Technical Requirements

• Experience 2+ years in Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on automation.
• Expert-level knowledge of Playwright (preferred) and/or Cypress. You should understand locators, intercepting network requests, and handling asynchronous execution.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Mastery of Postman for manual/automated testing and an understanding of RESTful architecture.
• Pro at Git. Experience configuring pipelines in GitLab CI or GitHub Actions (YAML configuration, artifacts, and job scheduling).

Про роль: Ви станете першим маркетологом в компанії. Це означає, що ви будете будувати маркетинг з нуля: від стратегії до щоденної реалізації. Ми шукаємо людину, яка готова і думати, і робити руками. У вас буде підтримка CEO та зовнішнього ментора з досвідом побудови маркетингу в B2B SaaS.

Маркетинг у нас — це розуміння клієнта, правильна комунікація, побудова довіри та робота з конкретними компаніями з головною метою — залучення нових клієнтів.

Що будете робити:

Стратегія і позиціонування

• Сформувати чітке позиціонування продукту та messaging framework для ключових сегментів і персон
• Побудувати шлях ліда від першого дотику до підписання угоди: touchpoints, матеріали і повідомлення на кожному етапі
• Розробити та реалізувати контент-стратегію під різні етапи воронки
• Розробити та реалізувати ABM-стратегію для пріоритетних цільових акаунтів

Контент і комунікації

• Створювати контент який конвертує: кейси клієнтів з цифрами, статті, emails
• Вести email-маркетинг — nurturing-розсилки для теплої бази на кожному етапі воронки
• Підготувати маркетингові матеріали для підтримки продажів: one-pagers, кейси клієнтів і все, що допоможе лідам приймати рішення
• Перевикористовувати кожну одиницю контенту в різних форматах: один кейс → LinkedIn-пост, стаття в блог, слайди, лист у розсилці, фрагмент для cold outreach
• Розвивати контент-маркетинг та SEO/GEO для створення органічного попиту
• Розвивати корпоративну присутність у LinkedIn та інших каналах
• Допомагати команді з social selling — щоб особисті профілі CEO та сейлзів працювали як канал залучення

Події та партнерства

• Організовувати участь компанії у профільних конференціях та івентах
• Ініціювати та організовувати вебінари, подкасти, панельні дискусії з представниками цільових компаній

Аналітика

• Відстежувати ефективність маркетингових активностей, готувати звіти та вносити корективи на основі даних

Кого шукаємо

Обов'язково:

• 2–4 роки досвіду в маркетингу в B2B product company або B2B SaaS
• Досвід роботи з продуктами або послугами зі складним і довгим циклом продажу
• Вміння писати сильний текст українською: кейси, листи, статті
• Розуміння інструментів залучення лідів у B2B
• Знайомство з ABM-підходом або чітка готовність і здатність швидко розібратись
• Самостійність: ви плануєте свою роботу, пропонуєте ідеї і доводите до результату без мікроменеджменту
• Ділова українська на високому рівні, англійська B2

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи з LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram як маркетинговими каналами
• Досвід з SEO та GEO (Google і AI-пошук)
• Досвід організації офлайн і онлайн подій: вебінари, конференції, подкасти

• Розуміння ринків FMCG, retail або trade marketing
