Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. You'll run 1–3 open roles at a time, just enough to actually understand what each client needs and find the right person. We are hiring an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day people operations in Ukraine.

The role is focused on HR administration, onboarding, and operational support. You will work closely with the HR team and support employees with routine HR processes in a fast-growing environment.

• Preparation and maintenance of HR documentation in accordance with Ukrainian labor law
• Supporting hiring, transfers, and terminations
