    We are looking for a driven HR Business Partner to join our People and Operations team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our business leaders and employees, helping to drive our people strategy and support the full employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of HR initiatives, from talent management and employee relations to performance management and HR operations.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally within the technology or professional services industry.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor law basics, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
    • Support business leaders in building and maintaining high-performing teams.
    • Conduct employee check-ins and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
    • Maintain accurate employee data and records.
    • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Onboarding – manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
    • Offboarding – facilitate the offboarding process.
    • Support the performance review cycle, helping managers and employees with goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
    • Help to identify training and development needs across the organization and support the coordination of relevant programs.
    • Design and support initiatives that foster employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
    • Act as a culture ambassador, driving employee engagement and internal brand awareness.
    • Conduct periodic Talent Assessments to evaluate workforce potential and succession readiness.
    • Advise leaders on strategies to retain and develop top talent within the company.

    We are looking for an HR professional with 2-3+ years of experience in IT or digital environments. The role focuses on managing the full HR lifecycle, improving people processes, supporting leaders, and driving measurable impact on retention, engagement, and performance.

     

    Required Skills:

    • 2+ years of HR experience in IT, SaaS, or digital companies. Experience creating or improving HR processes from scratch.
    • English level B2+/C1, able to conduct meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
    • Critical and structured thinking; sees causes, not just symptoms, in people and processes.
    • Proven experience in conflict management with measurable outcomes.Understanding of HR metrics and their relation to business results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support, onboarding, engagement, performance review, retention, and exit processes.
    • Build and maintain HR frameworks: 1:1 structure, performance reviews, feedback loops, learning and eNPS programs.
    • Partner with managers and leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
    • Conduct structured conflict resolution sessions and maintain communication transparency across teams.
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics: Time-to-Fill, Early Attrition, eNPS, Manager Quality Index.
    • Develop and document HR processes using tools such as Notion, Jira, Google Workspace, Miro, and Power BI dashboards.
    • Support remote and multicultural teams through clear communication, process alignment, and regular feedback.
    • Organize online events, corporate activities, and team-building initiatives.
    • Contribute to employer reputation through consistent and transparent internal communication.
