    Responsibilities:

    • Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
    • Administering and maintaining Linux and Windows operating systems.
    • Advising clients on the use of hosting company services, including hosting and domain setup.
    • Monitoring and analyzing OS performance, identifying and addressing malfunctions.


    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Integrity and a responsible approach to duties.
    • Motivation to work and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
    • Proficiency in Ukrainian.


    Candidates who meet at least one of the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

    • Final-year students specializing in IT.
    • IT education but no prior work experience in IT.
    • No IT education but relevant IT work experience.
    • Experience installing Linux and working with the command line.
    • Familiarity with various CMS platforms and installation skills.
    • Experience transferring websites between servers or platforms.
       

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Technical (IT) education.
    • English proficiency at a pre-intermediate level.
    • Knowledge or experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
    • Basic understanding of DNS, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, FTP, POP3, SMTP, and SSH principles.
    • Familiarity with computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and routing.
